Nice stay

Decent sized room, nice and secure

A lot of banging from the room next to us all the second night, like someone was moving out. And I booked a room with a jet bath but was given a room with 2 baths in. The baths were nice but just a bit dirty at first appearance and I had been hoping for a jet bath

A great time in Liverpool

Great location and was brilliant that my whole family was in one room.

The bathroom was a bit awkward as the bath and jacuzzi was side by side which made it harder into the shower/bath. They have took away the bar from the hotel which is a pity as we wanted to have a drink and watch a football match.

Beds are awful..solid, with springs poking into your back !! You need new cleaners or to give them more time. Completely unacceptable state of the rooms. Hairs in the bathroom and the bed!! Mold and grime everywhere and areas which have clearly never been dusted. Baths unusable to to bits around the jets and my goodness, the towel rail was insane !!

It was a really good location right by all good places bars etc! The music from the bars was loud but nothing ear plugs didn’t fix! It didn’t bother us at all as it was expected!

Disappointed

Good location nice and spacious

The property is refusing to return my belongings. They have repeatedly promised to do so but have failed to follow through. I arranged a Royal Mail collection, however the property did not provide the parcel as agreed. I have called them several times and was told it would be dealt with, but nothing has been done. These items belong to my younger brother, who is autistic, and he is extremely distressed about this. I have explained this to the property, but they have shown no care or urgency and have acted unprofessionally throughout. We were also given the wrong room (however the young girl was very apologetic)at the start of our stay. It smelled strongly of cannabis, there were loud parties, very thin walls, and we could hear people arguing and having sex, which made the stay very uncomfortable. They have now turned off their messaging so I can no longer contact them. Please can you assist me in either recovering my belongings or receiving compensation for their value

Great place to stay

We have stayed here a few times now. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious with good facilities and large tvs and we love the jacuzzis. It is right in centre of Liverpool and it really helps us that the rooms can accommodate 5 people

Perfect location if visiting Liverpool or with friends, if it’s to for a night out and to experience Liverpool night lif

If your visiting the city centre the location is perfect right of the back of Matthew street, however if your a light sleeper the noise in the morning from deliveries/clean up might wake you. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was great although never used it, double baths a nice touch however the built in TV didn’t work.

The heating was broken and it was freezing. we were given a gas heater but that turned off once it reached a certain temp which wasn’t when the room was warm enough. Great location in the centre of town but noisy of a morning was woken up about 7am with all keg deliveries for the pubs/bars

Hotel not suitable for those with young families

Room was large and spacious and the shower was hot. The location was central, so ideal for the local attractions.

The central location meant that our room looked over a busy street with bars and pubs open until 3am with loud music. We had two children with us, so headed to bed about 10:30, by this time the street was getting busy and loud and continued that way until 5am when drunks where wandering the street shouting and swearing. In the hotel, the room next door came home around 4am and were incredibly loud, waking the home room up. After some time I called reception and the night staff were very helpful and came up to the room and told our neighbours in a very firm and direct way to keep the noise down or else they would be removed, which in fairness, they did. By 7/8am the hotel, the street were silent… just as our boys were waking up! It’s a shame as the hotel is in a really good location and has good sized rooms, I just think it is more suitable for those going on a night out into Liverpool, and those with young families would be better choosing somewhere away from the busy streets.

Disappointingly dirty and uncomfortable!

Location and massive smart TV

Was our 20th wedding anniversary. Asked for a quiet room and was looking forward to using the jacuzzi. Room was anything but quiet, and jacuzzi was dirty. Bathroom smelled of urine, wall had lipstick mark and hand print, toilet seat was loose, bed was very very small and mattress was very poor quality feeling every spring. Special night ruined!!

The hotel room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with lovely beds and was very sunny. The staff were really nice and helpful and we were allowed to leave our luggage during the day after we checked out.

First of all the jacuzzi leaked sewage water all over us and it stunk the hotel room so we went downstairs and we did get our room changed and the woman was nice about it , then when we did get moved to another room it was far to hot couldn’t get tv to work asked staff and he said he didn’t know how to do it just to connect to WiFi when we did it still didn’t work as WiFi was weak , we had no sleep because of the area it was in was very loud and air conditioning wasn’t working cold tap also didn’t work very disappointed as when I messaged the hotel about our stay they was very rude no apologies given which is unprofessional as it’s a hotels fault not ours and you pay to have a nice stay

There was nowhere to put any toiletries in the bathroom and the shower was in between the toilet and the sink, so everything would have got wet anyway.
