    Uncomfortable, not clean, too hot , no air con , no windows to open

    Big room only myself and teenage son so great for us as we had a double bed each, not many plug sockets ,and no aircon they have a small plug in aircon but doesn’t do anything I’ve asked twice but no body brought it to the room

    Lovely hotel staff were so friendly manager was so nice thanks for upgrading our room we will be back very soon :)
