Room is way to small for 4 people , owner main interest is to collect deposit , Instant shower heating is a joke , could hardly Shower , we asked for extra towel as had to use one as bath mat , message ignored , messages about no hot water ignored Door is by code , not charged found room Unlocked twice

There is no on-site security and very poor sound proofing. The property attracts a party crowd. It is unsuitable for families with kids contrary to what is written on the property page.

The most horrendous place to go don’t be fooled by the pictures!

Please be aware when booking this place it has been described wrongly to begin with in its description it didn’t have 2 bathrooms it has one ensuite type of bathroom that was very claustrophobic but then the second one was even worse it was literally a side enclosed box with a toilet and mini sink on the top which was full of dust. Furthermore the place didn’t have working heating or hot water on a weekend in October and we had froze the place in the loft where the sleeping arrangement was a sort of loft conversion was stinking of damp and jus not clean and sufficient not enough room to even stand up straight we were causing ourselves injuries whilst in the place with a blue light system and big over head beams… the owner had been contacted several times and ignored us with regards to the heating and hot water and gave a simple apology the following morning at check out which was not good enough no attempt to give any partial refund please done book!!!

Lovely but the lack of trying to get in touch with a staff member is irresponsible

It was clean and modern

We went in/out in the afternoon and then went out in the night. When we arrived back early hours in the morning the code for the bedroom wouldn’t work. We tried the number we were provide by the property and it was switched off. Then tried number off website and that was turned off. Booking.com couldn’t help either as all they had was the same 2 numbers. So we spent 4 hours sat on the staircase. I would hate to think if there was an emergency how would you contact someone. It is very irresponsible and so no concerns for the safety of guests.

It was close to the city centre

There were just beds everywhere, nowhere to hang clothes. Bunk beds that you had very high steps to climb up. The toilets were so narrow that if you were slightly overweight you’d have to revers into! There was one shower in a room for 12! Oh and it was blocked it didn’t drain well!

Somehow our speaker come on in the middle of the night , and was playing numerous things. We think it was accessed by another apartment. We couldn’t get it to stop, until about half hour later when it went off

No air con. 14 people crammed in to a space that’s simply not big enough. 1 shower to share between 14 is terrible. The host was aggressive, both the women and man on separate occasions

Perfect for a girls night

Easy to get too. Clean and cosy - I’ve stayed twice now and I will always come back to here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect it’s also next to mount pleasant car park which is £5-6 for 24 hours.

Booked a large apartment for a mixed group of adults and children (not all related) for the day of the liverpool trophy parade. They changed my booking to a different room without informing me and instead of an apartment we were given one tiny room with single bunks and a sofa bed. Completely unacceptable for our group. Also the 'security person' was sat on a chair right outside our room late at night, he was playing clips and videos on his phone that were so loud that it was keeping the children awake and I had to ask him to turn off his phone or put earphones in, whichever didn't seem to appreciate. There was no shower gel or soap provided either. All in all a terrible stay.

Disgusting needs cleaning

The location was good.

When we arrived it wasn’t clean, there was a half eaten pizza behind the bed, dirty makeup wipes in people beds, not been hoovered as cookie crisps were all over the floor. Bogies wiped all over the walls and damp all downstairs and in the bathroom. One of the girls who has severe asthma could barely breathe. There was minimum ventilation as only 1 window would open and no air-con. Ridiculous how you pay that much and they have the cheek to ask for a £400 deposit when the place hasn’t even been cleaned. They also asked for the deposit as soon as we walked in, not even a welcome, was just wanting the deposit before we got to see the room. There was even a women’s top under one of the bed sheets when we were stripping the beds. Chips on the floor, stairs hadn’t been hoovered in god knows how long. The floor was gritty and nothing had been wiped down. The space is much smaller than what is advertised on the photos so for a group of 11 of us it was a tight squeeze with not much seating.

Comfy and cosy, great place to stay in Liverpool

Great location, easy to access the centre of Liverpool. The apartment was very clean and tidy, beds were comfortable. Nice sized bathroom. Very friendly host.

A group of people decided to have an argument at 4am outside our window which woke us up, but that was no fault of the apartment or the host.
