Clean tidy friendly staff
A bit far from centre
10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Clean close to the city lots of pubs in the area spot on
Need more hanging space
And something to keep the doors open
Appreciate the doors are heavy because of fire regs

Staff brilliant. Apartment good space.
A bit more in the kitchen would be good - eg clean/new cleaning cloths/scourers. Washing up bowl, plug.
Main issue is taking £100 security deposit and not returning it for a week. I only stayed one night and I don't think it should have been taken at all. Most hotels etc only take if there is an issue. Unfortunately this means I won't be returning.
