Centrally located. Powerful, easy-to-operate shower. Large, comfortable bed.
Piped AC, which can't be deactivated. A little noisy in the evening. Requires credit card CVC, which is a little disconcerting.

Location was really good
On the weekends, people will knock on your door several times in the night. You can also hear scratching in tge walls and ceiling. My bathroom smelt of sewage amd bleach.
