Practical. So many booking problems because of booking.com

Practical, automatic, not charming, too hot in rooms but everything was all right

⚠️ I should not have booked on booking ! I paid way too much and my personal data was leaked by booking, I received spams via Whatsapp on my personal phone number with my booking ID. Next time I'll book somewhere else. Usually googling the place is better

Convenient location for easy access to both the airport and the city center being just 10mins train journey from Edge Hill to Liverpool Lime street, Room was spacious, clean and bed very comfortable with large communal fully equipped kitchen. good communication with the owner whom i found very helpful, all in all I would definitely book again

Hoover needed

Ben linen smelt v nice

the carpet hadn't been hoovered or even used a brush & dustpan - bits on the floor which looked like crumbs only to discover later on, a bag of opened biscuits beside the arm chair?! Two small rugs in room which were dirty and stained - probably best not to have these as the carpet was a colour which wld show less stains?! i think this room may be used for working ppl as i saw one morning a deliveroo worker take his bike outside the front door so guessing my room may be used to accommodate these workers but possibly have to share with someone else when a booking like mine comes through?! A toilet roll was on the desk yet no ensuite??! leak coming from above which I reported - no offer of a partial refund! I left a night early.

Good instructions, communication and location. Parking available and in a reasonably quiet area.

There was obvious leaks from ceiling in almost every room I was in. Extreme wear and tear on floors. Only one small bathroom for 6 double rooms.

The house was cleaned almost daily, but the people I met during my stay were very noisy and messy. I found toilet paper on the floor and trainers on the kitchen counter. They took my food from the fridge, etc. In addition, the room is quite damp and has significant leaks; on the first day it rained heavily and I had to put a bin under the ceiling to collect the water dripping down. The address that appears on the app and is then sent to you is different, it should be corrected. Furthermore, you choose this accommodation because of its proximity to where you want to go, and then you find that it is far away in the opposite direction, which is very bad.
