Was very good but would of like the room to look like the pictures

I thought the hotel service was absolutely brilliant from the main reception/spa/and room service they was all extremely polite and could also have a good conversation with them

The only thing I didn’t like was how the pictures online didn’t look like my hotel room at all their was no brickwork wall design, or steps in their so it was completely different even tho I paid more for an upgraded room too look like that which wasn’t the greatest with it also saying large double bed but was just 2 beds stuck together

I like being in the older part of the hotel at the back. I enjoy uncluttered reception space. Could the room next to reception by the door be a little more stylish? Or comfortable with sofas? The tables make the space not very comfortable and neither this or that.

It can be noisy if you are by an exit to a lift 322 gets this

The king deluxe rooms appear that you have a large room with a tiny window. So I moved to another room as there was very little light. The room I moved to was a lot smaller but had natural light. The shower wasn’t great in this room as it was quite small therefore difficult for the water not to go beyond the shower area

Great Stay!

An excellent location for our visit to the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. Our room was clean and very spacious and surprisingly had a balcony with great views over the city. Breakfast was very nice and all the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

I had to change rooms because my bed wasnt clean, but the staff were so lovely about it and upgraded us immediately, only thing that was disappointing was to use the pool facilities cost £55 per person

excellent except for the dogs doing poos in the open areas,

very very friendly staff from the front of house to the dining room team,

We really found the idea of dogs in a city hotel a little difficult, especially after one did a poo in the open areas, and the smell was ripe! This is a city hotel, so no place for them to get out and poo, so cruel for the dogs, you very carefully ask about allergies in the restaurant but one of my children wheezes when near animals, so he had to use his inhaler, I can understand, just, why some country hotels offer dog accomodation but not one in the centre of a city

The room was a bit cold at first and we had to work out that the air-con didn’t really do anything so whacked up the underfloor heating. Okay after that - but no in-room guidance.

My second stay at Hope Street Hotel. Once for a wedding in November, and this weekend for a concert at the philharmonic which is almost opposite . The welcome is amazing and efficient. The design of the hotel is tasteful . The restaurants are excellent and the service fantastic. We had three rooms . All were very clean, tastefully decorated with very comfy super king beds and high end linen . We love having our breakfast delivered to our room. The rooms are quiet especially the ones over looking the city but even the ones on the front street are not overly noisy if at all. The location suits us and we often walk to the train station or take an Uber.

The bath taps 😂You need a phd to work them out but I got there in the end . Great bath and shower. Nice toiletries .

decent hotel, clean and tidy.

it was well located for my needs ( Medical Appointment ) and a look around while there, plenty of space inside the hotel.

Difficulty on ~Arrival, finding Parking space, just to unload the Luggage, Car parking machine i paid at for hour, did not provide a ticket. and as there was Wardens walking around the area, i ended up pulling over and having a quick word with one, who was understanding enough, and give me the 5 mins i needed to unload bags and shove them throught the hotel doors, and quickly moving car, off to park at the Catherdral, about 3 quaters of a mile away.

Great location - so central with really nice streets around and coffee shops and restaurants very close. Great building and design, modern but still warm with all the exposed wood and bricks. Friendly smiley staff. The room itself was brilliant! Big and spacious, clean, with a long window and super comfortable bed. For me the wooden floors and lack of carpets such a massive plus! Adding to the clean sensation. Also well equipped, including slippers and a robe. I wish I knew about the spa and classes before - but didn’t get a chance to trial those. I would definitely revisit!

Minor things that didn’t affect my shirt stay - 1-2 tiles in the bathroom felt loose, and I did get the bathroom a bit more wet than I wanted with a quick shower.

My recent stay at the Hope Street Hotel in Liverpool was, for the most part, excellent. The hotel boasts a truly great location, situated perfectly for exploring the city's independent shops, theaters, and famous musical landmarks, all within easy walking distance. A major highlight of the visit was the service; the team are wonderful staff, so attentive, friendly, and professional from check-in to check-out. They genuinely enhanced the experience and made me feel very welcome.

I must mention one significant drawback and that's the bedding. It was a real shame about the bed. While the room was beautifully designed, the mattress and pillows were noticeably uncomfortable and led to poor sleep quality during my stay. The rooms were very noisy both inside and outside. For a hotel of this calibre, the sleeping arrangements need immediate attention.
