The hotel is unique and in a great location. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great, too a good variety.

The interior is fantastic and has a wow factor but unfortunately you soon notice small snags that let it down. Chipped furniture, walls, ceilings. The bathroom flooring is worn down, the spa bath was amazing until I put the jets on and loads of black mould came squirting out. While in the bath I noticed the toilet was all black around the rim and the carpets at the sides near the skirting were full of dust. One of the glasses had a cream substance in the bottom and had clearly not been cleaned. Around 2am loud music started playing and didn’t stop until 6am we mentioned this as we were leaving and told it was probably the apartments near by or an outside venue. So maybe bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. I know it seems a lot of negative things but a lot are minor and could be easily fixed. I would return and would recommend the hotel. It’s good but it really could be amazing.

Sad to be home 😢

The staff make this hotel what it is. From checking in to checking out they spent time to talk to us friendly have me a drinks card for a free drink for my birthday. We got. Free upgrade on are room spa bath was amazing. For what we paid for 2 nights we got more than are moneys worth. Well done to all the staff from cleaners to bar staff to reception there where even 2 young lads on are first day that where so polite well done lads!!!

Great, bizarre room and ideal location for the price.

Room was cavernous, maybe on purpose?! Unique styling. Could have slept 6 or more. Great jacuzzi bath. Huge bar/breakfast area. Great location with cheap discount parking nearby.

Bathroom floor had seen better days and there was mould around the bath and sink. Breakfast was rather lukewarm by the time we got there at 9.00am.

Booked for my partners 40th ahead of his birthday I requested for something special in the room as it was a special birthday. On arrival the room we stayed in seemed nice enough until I went to use the jacuzzi it was full of dirt and what looked like sand. There was blood stains on the bed, no heating would work was freezing. No fridge to keep drinks or snacks. The wardrobe was no use no where to hang your clothes? It had towels stored in it & a kettle with no where to plug? Total waist of time. Not a luxury hotel at all

Cave Room

Lived the location, the hotel was lush. The cave room was a great concept. Perfect for girls night in due to the size of the room.

Not enough private bathroom facilities for large groups with only 1 W/C. Could've done with an extra private bathroom and somewhere to sit other than the beds. There was just one chaise lounge to sit on. Also only 2 plug sockets at the mirror. Could've done with additional dressing table space. The room appeared clean but the floor was dirty, as we discovered our socks were black. Holes in the ceiling in the bathroom too above the shower. The lighting was low which made it difficult to get ready. Also it was so warm and the air con didn't work properly, we had to ask for fans. And it was October when we stayed.

Our room was lovely but was in desperate need of a bit of renovation as the bathroom floor was ripped and lots of marks and the bedroom carpets had marks on it and also burn marks from either iron or straighteners also the shower wasn’t very good and the water wasn’t very hot for a bath definitely needs broken or ripped things replaced as for the price I would of expected it to be better

The room the carpets are all stained, no walk in shower as my wife is diabled and can't climb in the bathalso she strggles with stairs and we had a mezanien floor. Also the bathroom was rundown.v

We like the bar set up and the interior downstairs and the breakfast as self service was great too. the staff was friendly and quick to serve us in the bar. all in all it is all you need for a one night stay in the middle of town. It was really quite and relaxing

The room we got allocated was ok, it was a 6person room (3double/twin beds in a line) and it had not the sparkle the photos on the website show, it had all we needed. The bathroom was a little tired, the floor was overworn and bits were missing from the flooring. It said "luxury" on the check in form - and that was what I thought I booked - but luxury is was unfortunately not.

Lovely hotel, but there are others just as nice, if not better.

Good breakfast, hot and plenty of choice. Large room - spa bath was lovely. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were no electric plug sockets near the dressing table and nowhere to plug in the tea tray - had to unplug the bedside lamps in order to have a cup of tea and use hairdryer/straighteners. Overpriced for one night's stay.

The decor is amazing. Our room was huge, lots of space for 3 friends to spread out. Bathroom was lovely. We had a delicious buffet style breakfast. The staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We are already planning a return visit.

Room was quite shabby for 4 star hotel , we booked a double room but ended up with a 6 person room. It was initially nice in glimpsing but everything was run down furniture shabby bathroom walls dirty, jacuzzi bath left brown rust when jets were on. Carpets stained. You could tell the bigger rooms are for more party goers.
