Upon arrival the main lobby is lovely! Staff were kind and helpful. Our room had a nice layout and enough space for the 5 of us. Was a 10 min walk into city centre and lots of parking and corner shops close by
The room was dirty. Bedding and floors were ok but the vanity desk had food/dirt all over it i had to use a wetwipe to clean in. The bathroom needs a bit of tlc lots of stains on the floor. The children had a bath which was clean but after using the jets the grime that came out was awful 🤢 I didnt like that the kettle was inside the wardrobe and didnt have a table near the plug to use it. Also it was a very noisy stay lots of people stay here to party/go out so was lots of noise into early hours of the morning. I probabaly wouldnt stay here again with the kids but possibly would if I was coming to Liverpool for a night out
