Hotel was amazing, we stayed to go to a local concert during the recent 33* heat wave.
In the Reception there was a selection of hotel needs, snacks and drink in fridges to buy.
Room was clean and well kept. The only down side we couldn’t get the air conditioning in the room below 18.5 so couldn’t really cool down.
The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Selection of fruit, pastries, cheeses and a cooked breakfast.
Parking was a bit confusing to get too but once in, it had been recently painted. Spaces were quite large and we could stay parked after checkout, so we could go on a walk about of Liverpool city centre.
Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is well-located, close to Lime Street Station. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Despite the central location, we were undisturbed by outside noise and slept well.
