The location
Room readiness and cleanliness were not up to what I expected. Booked a double room but only got one set of bath robe and slippers. The coffee/ tea/ milk was not refilled upon us getting in the room (see photo). Also the room felt stuffy.
Additionally, we asked for the room to be made up for our second day. It was made up, but the sheets and towels were folded in a lousy way.
When I came to the reception, the staff that was on the counter was on a call so I waited. While waiting, there was another receptionist who came to the next counter but just ignored me when she saw me waiting for the guy that was on the call. When the guy finished with the call, he did not even apologise nor saying thank you for waiting. When attending to me he did not even look at me in the face which was so unlike front desk’s etiquette.

Room was lovely just the toilet was quite close to the bed, breakfast was nice and staff were great.
The pizza at evening priced at £15 is just a frozen pizza with tomato crust but paid £15…
The room was so hot and then the air con made a noise throughout the night so was up 12am-3am to cool down after being so hot and then turn it of so I could go back to sleep.
