Great location, professional staff, very clean

The heating in unoccupied rooms should be switched on before guests arrive, so rooms are warm on first entry during the winter months.

Fix your facilities before someone who pays £400 stays in your rooms.

Nice View good area comfy beds

The air conditioning wasn’t working so we had no heating or aircon in the middle of winter when told the front desk about it instead of switching our room they gave us a small heater which didn’t heat the room at all. But no air con when it was too hot during the night, the windows were fogged up it was so hot. Considering your charging £400 for 2 nights and the facilities aren’t working is extremely poor and i was extremely disappointed as i don’t like too spend so much for a hotel especially when im barely able to sleep because of the temperature of the room.

Terrible unfortunately

Stayed here a few times, which is why I booked it again never had any issues.

Room was poor so was moved to another room, this again was nothing like previous stays or pictures on booking.com. Went down in the morning for a coffee at 6.40am the man behind the bar said I couldn’t get a coffee till 7.30am so asked about a cold drink again I was told I would have to wait until 7.30 never stayed in a hotel and not been able to get a drink. Room was of very poor standard. Breakfast was terrible, the toaster wasn’t working so was unable to have toast and all the hot breakfast was barely Luke warm. Wouldn’t stay here again which is unfortunate as it’s in such an ideal location.

Luxury hotel with amazing staff

We loved the location being within walking distance of the Royal Albert Docks, Museum of Liverpool, Royal Liver Building, restaurants and bars etc. We opted for breakfast in the hotel each morning which was always a relaxed affair without the usual 'bun fight'. There were plentiful options from a hot breakfast buffet to fresh continental choices. The staff were polite and attentive in bringing hot drinks and were very helpful. The reception staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the whole atmosphere was sophisticated and yet relaxed. We had a large corner room with a double aspect with views towards the cathedral and river. The bed was a super king which was very comfortable and being on the 6th floor we had commanding views over Liverpool.

We asked for two single beds, when we arrived it was a double bed. Rang reception and someone came to change it within 30mins. So that was good. But should have been done before we got there really.

Great Hotel with fantastic staff and excellent facilities

Pullman Hotel is in a great location, the car park next door is very secure and a two minute walk away. My room was 401 a beautiful modern room with views over Liverpool, the staff are great and all very friendly and attentive. I will always stay here when visiting Liverpool in the future

Amazing spotless room with a super comfy massive bed. Upgraded to a superior room and was surprised with a complimentary mini bar. Staff are so friendly and breakfast was next level! Our 3rd stay and won’t be our last!

Great location and modern decoration

Was a really great location. Although they did not have their own car park, the paid parking was very close by and a great system for the hotel discount. Really great modern decoration. Fabulous bathroom.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Food and room service very good. Clean, modern with all the facilities you require. Lovely room, comfortable bed. Secure parking close by (discounted if staying at hotel). Close to all amenities e.g. M&S Arena, Albert Docks and Liverpool One. Many good and varied restaurants nearby..

Good location for the Arena but the rest is average

Proximity to the M&S Bank arena

Views based on my room rate being £365 per night Room very cold. Only two tea bag’s plus when asking for more it seemed a chore. No area in the room to put makeup on etc The hand wash and body wash bottles in the bathroom didn’t work. Wouldn’t pump Breakfast selections sparse but when i asked for a fried egg i was told “just keep an eye on the counter, some should come out eventually”.
