Nice outlook over the river, comfortable and clean room and an easy walk into the city centre
The bathroom was extremely small and not very user friendly

The staff (reception, bar) were very friendly and nothing was too much. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were lovely and helpful with anything needed. The hotel is comfortable, and beautifully situated overlooking the dockside.Free parking and great value.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The breakfast was great. the hotel staff gave lots of information about where to go, and places to eat out parking were good
The room was small and bathroom tiny, no air-conditioning or fan available, plus noisy from traffic was at front of hotel also no lift and I have hip problems stairs were a problem
