The reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is a short walk to the centre and the availability of parking is definitely a bonus. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so in the future.

The hotel was lovely, in a spot overlooking the King's Dock. You may not get a room overlooking it though. Clean restaurant and bar area with friendly and helpful staff. A nice place to relax inside or outside by the dockside. Within walking distance to Albert dock, ferry terminal and city centre.
My only gripe is the size of the toilet/shower. You can hardly move in the shower so quite disappointing in that respect. However would still recommend for a short stay.
