Couldnt work out how to change temperature in the room as it seemed to make no difference am- not sure it was on - but it wasn’t a problem as we weren’t in the room for long

Perfect location, extremely polite and helpful staff, professional without being over the top or non-human. Shower was great. Room was spotless and spacious enough, with all the essentials. Pillows were great. The only thing for me was the bed wasn’t too my liking and a bit squeaky haha but didn’t deter from the overall stay. Will be back!

A fantastic stay at School Lane Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm and welcoming, and they made our first trip with our puppy feel completely effortless and enjoyable. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Our room was absolutely spotless, with a gleaming bathroom, crisp white sheets and fluffy fresh towels. Our family room was perfect, with great separate space for the kids and an amazing power shower. We left genuinely impressed.

The staff are lovely - but the room & hotel didn't match the almost 10 out of 10 reviews - the hotel had no bar or facilities - the room was smelly, very noisy (internal drainage/ac & external) and the layout was bizarre - not for us but I somehow doubt this review will ever be published as negative reviews are very hard to find!

Loved the central location of this hotel...so handy for everything. Lovely welcome at reception. Clean & very comfortable room with lots of space. Loved the kids bed area. Shower was fantastic. Clean, bare bones room, with no view, that is very walkable, because it is in a pedestrian only area. It was more expensive than it should’ve been for what it was. But the service was very good, the continental breakfast was good and had Travel options if you were on the go.

Centrally located connect to Liverpool One - a perfect quiet location for a stay - this hotel is sooo good the temptation is to give it a low score so that it is always available when you want to stay - the best hotel I have stayed in Liverpool at out of about 10 including Hilton, Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza.

Fabulous. Right in the centre. So quiet and peaceful. Complimentary breakfast unexpected and a nice touch. In a pedestrianised area so a couple of minutes walk from any vehicle drop off point. Not an issue at all.
