This hotel on the surface had everything but although the staff were great there were a few fails. Food was bland and staff were extremely pushed, those that were working. Room was well appointed and large but water pressure was very poor. Wifi not great.

Great stay in a "great at the price" hotel - location is ideal, parking convenient & safe, rooms very nice - clean, modern, good size. Lovely staff on reception who were always very helpful & lovely brekkie too! Highly recommended & would definitely stay there again.

The doorman and evening barman were very welcoming and friendly. Cameron on the front desk was exceptionally personable and informative. We arrived early but he was able to accommodate us with ease. An ideal frontman for the Pullman hotel!

Great check in and out, very effecient. Receptionist noticed my mum had mobility issues and gave us room near to lift, without asking. Room very comfy. Only critisism was there is no where to sit and do makeup/hair. Mirror in room but high up and lighting near it was not great. Only stayed one night, so could put up with it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and all freshly prepared.
