I only stayed for one night but I found it great....the location was perfect and the room almost had everything I needed.... which leads me to the highlight of my stay, which was a staff member who is a big Everton fan, having to help get a remote control for me (a big Liverpool fan) for the TV in my room 😁
Overall very good, and very helpful staff, and thank you again to the very kind Toffeeman to who I'd like to send a special message which is..... YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE!!!! 😂😂

Okay for the price. Comfy beds and reasonable rooms for anyone looking for a basic stay in the city centre. Looks like it's undergoing renovations so hopefully the decor in the corridors will be nice once finished. It's a serviceable place if you're looking for somewhere that is literally just somewhere central with a decent bed to sleep. I could actually see the Mersey from my window which was unexpected.
The lack of lift was a bit of a pain after going up 7 flights of stairs. Anyone who isn't physically fit, elderly, or has a physical disability shouldn't stay here but it was okay for me. The shower was pretty underpowered and I don't think the extractor fan was operational. The doors throughout the building were all very loud. There was a wireless charging station but it didn't work.

The location of the hotel is great- close to city centre and docks- plenty of options for eating out and drinks. Only about a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street station. Room was clean and quiet. Staff kept our luggage for us as we arrived earlier than check-in- this was free of charge.
The lift was out of order- the hotel had advised us in advance, but would like to note that the stairs up to the 3rd floor are very steep and quite large steps, so not ideal. Room was small, couldn't open the window, and view was of the walls of the surrounding buildings.
