    The hotel was fantastic. Great value for money and given how cheap it was I was expecting a lesser standard. The room was fantastic. Shower was great. All the normal additional touches such as coffee, kettle, soaps etc. any slight problem with spat? The lift was out of order and I was on the sixth floor which was 14 flights of stairs. All added to the steps though 🤣

    This property was perfect for our short stay. Right in the heart or short walk to central Liverpool. Staff were lovely, friendly, accommodating. Only fault is the lift was out of order during our stay and on second floor. Otherwise cheap and cheerful.

    If you have mobility issues, avoid. We turned up to be told the lift was out of order, had to take the stairs to the 5th floor with a knackered knee. Checking in was easy and straight forward. Bedroom was small but just needed to get your head down for the night. Bed was comfortable. Shower bottle had no bodywash only shampoo.
