If you want a decent sleep don’t bother.

We liked the size of the apartment

The noise at night is terrible we stayed in the room with 2 children and was given a room above a bar. We didn’t sleep at all and the children were up all night. Drunken arguments. Loud banging music on until 3-4 am. Then at 6:30 on a Sunday the bin men turned up whistling and crashing about. Definitely don’t recommend if you want a decent night sleep and have children with you.

lovely and spacious and clean with all utensils and facilities you could need, good location to city centre (about a 10 minute walk to train station etc) and staff were very friendly and helpful about surrounding events!

Super access to city centre. Plenty of room, friendly staff.

WiFi was poor, didnt allow access to basic UK apps such as BBC iplayer on devices. Stated that we were in a different country. It also wasn't possible to 'cast' from device to TV for this reason. I didnt feel that this was full WiFi use as advertised. One bedside light wasn't working. Bathroom sink had no plug

Excellent centrally located apartment. We will book again.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. It was very well equipped including nespresso machine. We’d paid to park which although tight for parking larger vehicles, was well worth it to just take the lift down to the car. Superb location for shops and lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was very spacious and modern. Everything we needed for our stay and location was brilliant. Facilities were excellent and couldn't fault the place. The staff were very friendly anytime we had to deal with them, but we really didn't need to ask for anything. L1 is just a short walk away and so many restaurants within minutes of apartment we will definitely be back.

There were loud bangs in the middle of the night but have no idea where they were or why.....both nights this happened and took us ages to back to sleep.

Overall the apt was clean and comfortable and located perfectly for getting easy access to the city

We had originally booked a 2 bed apt but when we got there this was not available and we're given 2 1 bed APTS instead. Meaning out party was split between two apts.

Looks nothing like the picture. Bed mattress not comfortable. Not a smart Tv can’t watch YouTube etc. coffee machine didn’t work.

Close to the ferry. The sweet gal at check in was very helpful and kind.

Lift was broken the 2nd day we were there, but staff graciously offered to take our luggage down for us.

Generally disappointed.

The apartment was close to restaurants, pubs and shops.

The noise from the apartment above ours. Loud music on the Friday and Saturday from 5pm until early hours. Noise from people arriving back late in the night. Apartment was looking tired and could do with refurbishment. Disappointed with the cleanliness, floors dirty and black grime around shower. Sofa and chairs were uncomfortable. Bedding had no protective covers, and quilt cover didn't fit guilt.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment, perfect for a girls break. The staff on reception are so friendly & helpful. The location is perfect for all city centre attractions.

The car park is a little difficult to negotiate especially with a larger car. Bigger cereal bowls please and maybe fizz glasses. Another small sofa would have been nice as there was just the sofa bed to sit on.
