Comfy bed. Good shower. Quiet room.

Couldn't check-in on time and even then my room hadn't been fully cleaned. No plug socket by bed. Dim lighting made working difficult. Chaotic breakfast that was not hot.

Very nice stay at The Holiday Inn, the staff are absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Our room was extremely spacious and overlooked the Albert Dock, which was great as we also had a nice view of The Liver Building. Great location, central to everything. Great breakfast in the morning. A good choice of hot & cold plus a choice of milk too.

The only thing was the bed was small. I am being picky as am used to a Super King at home but the room was large enough for a King Size bed instead of a Double bed.

Fab location

Lovely hotel and perfect location for staying in Liverpool. Had a lovely view of Albert Docks and pretty on night as River of light weekend! For parking we parked at Hilton which is about a ten minutes walk and only cost £38.00 for two nights which was cheaper than on outside and there were plenty of spaces!

Nothing really had a leaking tap in bathroom but reported to receptionist.

Carpet in the room was stained seemed to be blood or something else. The room was absolutely baking. Online stated free parking but was actually discounted £27 down to £18 and a little walk away, this could be made clearer.

Perfect for a weekend getaway, location was right by Liverpool docks

Breakfast was brilliant. Nice buffet with plenty of selection. The room was very comfortable and had options to amend certain items like pillow firmness etc. The look of the building is brilliant, giving the old Liverpool docks feel to it. Perfect location with plenty of food places and entertainment too.

The room was very hot, it is an old building but aircon would've made it perfect. A fan was provided but it wouldn't have cooled down both beds.

Overall, it was fine.

The location is good - central waterfront to Bus satands and Liverpool One/City centre.

It's hard to find unless your using Google maps, even then if there's a poor signal for mobile it won't necessarily be accurate. Found the exit to inner dock/shops, had to get to the other side of the building. Clear and prominent signage wiould help.

Absolutely amazing stay. I just wish I had seen the sign about the pillows beforehand because it was the only reason my sleep wasn't perfect. In the same respect.... if I had done, there is no way I could fault this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, fresh, and so much to choose from and also included in the price❤️. Will definitely return

Location we chose for our requirements as we know the area very well. Breakfast was very good, however would like a continental option i.e cold meats and cheeses. Room was as expected and suited us.
