Spacious room, and bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We were on the fourth floor and had an amazing view over the docks! Stayed with young children (7 & 2) and the hotel was peaceful despite being right above the busy restaurants etc.
Location was excellent! Right on the docks and just 2-minute walk across the road and you’re in Liverpool one shopping centre.
Hot buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, but also cold options (cereal/fruit/yoghurts etc.) to choose from as well. The kids especially enjoyed the pancake machine – fresh pancakes with an array of toppings and sauces to choose from.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Not much could have been improved in our view in the hotel- will definately stay again. parking was a short walk away in the Kings Dock multistorey car park. A bit of a pain to walk the cases etc over but not a major issue. I suppose if you really couldn't manage to walk with your luggage you can drive up to the entrance of the hotel where there is a pick up point and leave your luggage in the lobby then go to park.

We came for a concert at the M&S arena - location is 5mins walk away and in the dock where there are loads of places to go for food and drink. Hotel itself and staff as well were great and the breakfast the next morning was perfect.

Excellent location right on the Albert Dock - our room looked out at the ferris wheel and over The Beatles Story. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and had alot more character than I had been anticipating for a Holiday Inn. Bed was very comfortable.
Nothing - breakfast is nothing fancy but sufficient. Great value for the price.
