Came for a concert at the arena so lactation was excellent for this. Breakfast was good. Comfy bed. Very clean. Very quiet too.
It was very dark. Lifts very slow.

Spacious room, and bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We were on the fourth floor and had an amazing view over the docks! Stayed with young children (7 & 2) and the hotel was peaceful despite being right above the busy restaurants etc.
Location was excellent! Right on the docks and just 2-minute walk across the road and you’re in Liverpool one shopping centre.
Hot buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, but also cold options (cereal/fruit/yoghurts etc.) to choose from as well. The kids especially enjoyed the pancake machine – fresh pancakes with an array of toppings and sauces to choose from.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Not much could have been improved in our view in the hotel- will definately stay again. parking was a short walk away in the Kings Dock multistorey car park. A bit of a pain to walk the cases etc over but not a major issue. I suppose if you really couldn't manage to walk with your luggage you can drive up to the entrance of the hotel where there is a pick up point and leave your luggage in the lobby then go to park.

We came for a concert at the M&S arena - location is 5mins walk away and in the dock where there are loads of places to go for food and drink. Hotel itself and staff as well were great and the breakfast the next morning was perfect.

Excellent location right in the Albert Dock
Very convenient side-door access directly onto the dock
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice
Shower was excellent
Room size was good
Staff were friendly and helpful
Issues (cot request and noisy neighbours) were dealt with promptly when reported
Room felt very dark during the day due to limited natural light
Room was still very dark at night, even with all the lights on
Limited dock view
Hotel and room decor felt tired
One bed was very uncomfortable
Parking was inconvenient, especially when travelling with a baby
No staff presence on the ground floor on arrival
