Great value accommodation for a family stay after a concert at M&S arena

Location, clean, great accommodation, staff friendly.

Toilets too high for me (I’m 5ft 6 and my feet couldn’t touch the floor 😂). Window didn’t close properly in our room so it was noisy. Radiators not easy to adjust temperature.

The stay was to be expected.

The location was excellent everything was in walking distance. The staff was very helpful responding fast to our needs.

The mattresses were not very good. They needed to be replaced asap. Finally the cost of parking was far higher than advertised.

Location

Very poorly equipped - no bedside table on one side, no towel rail, only a bath towel - no hand towel. One frying pan, no other pans. Used sponge dish wash - not new. Very cold on arrival.

Great location. Apartment was fab. Clean. Quiet. Reception appeared with spare loo rolls within minutes of request.

Broken loo roll holder. No plug in kitchen sink. No sieve in kitchen. We felt the en suite shower room was a bit dangerous. Toilet very high. Trip hazard at night. No hooks for towel etc.

Fabulous apartment hotel

Fabulous apartment local to all liverpool attractions ,friendly polite helpfull staff ,very comfy bed and spotlessly clean ,used this apartment three times since july ,with friends and hubbys ,booked again for jan 2026 for birthdays ❤️❤️

Nothing all was fabulous even left a thank you tub of chocolates for staff at reception as a thank you 🥰🥰

Very basic - no coffee table, one glass, one small wine glass, one large wine glass - not ideal for couples… Shower gel and hand wash was VERY watered down. I’d hope for more when paying £160 for one night

Expensive when there’s a comic con!

Great view over the dock.

We booked one double and one twin (we needed 3 beds) but on arrival we just had 2 doubles - they were booked up so couldn’t give us the room we needed and had booked. We asked if we could have the sofa bed made up whilst we were out, they said they would and this wasn’t done so we then had to ask again..bedding was brought up but as the housekeeping had gone home we didn’t have pillow covers and just ended putting the duvet together ourselves. Not great when we had spent £260 for the night! Staff were lovely, just a shame it wasn’t as smooth as it’s been previously.

Perfect location to allow us to explore Liverpool! Layout was good, car park was close by with a great discount when staying for 2 nights. Reception staff were helpful.

Although the apartment was for 4 people it wasn’t catered for 4. We didn’t have enough bowls and glasses. We did ask for extra at reception. They did arrive after the second time of asking. Also the cooking equipment was very limited. Pots and pans, we had one frying pan and one small saucepan. There was no plug or bowl for the sink. Also in the lounge area, we had comfy seats for 3 people. The 4th person had to sit on quite a hard dinning room chair!

It wasn’t clean and staff were informed but did nothing to help. Very basic. No windows in one of the bedrooms. Very small beds. En-suite in one of the bedroom located very dangerously on a step without doors. When you use shower, water goes everywhere as shower head is placed above the sink and the toilet seat. Bizarre

Ok for a work visit,

The location was perfect for my work trip, apartment layout was great, plenty of space and areas to sit and work, WiFi worked really well, and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Apartment didn't feel particularly clean, especially the floor. The bathroom amenities were not replenished and the bed as many others have mentioned was not comfortable at all, could feel every spring in there. Then 2 of the 3 nights I stayed the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and then during the day once as well. Seems like that also is an ongoing issue there that needs to be looked at.

The location was great and the staff were fantastic. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Big bathroom and an extra ensuit room.

Spacious & lovely apartment. Quiet. Grab & go continental breakfast which we thought was great. Well equipped. 7 minutes walk to Albert Dock.

Brilliant location close to the Arena for a great price.

Great location and nice to have additional space rather than just a hotel room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and bright. Would be ideal for someone / couple staying a little longer than a couple of nights as the kitchen provides the opportunity to cater for yourself.

The mattress in the main bedroom was not the best quality. There was a mattress topper that made a difference, however it would be better if they invested in a better quality mattress. The second bedroom had no window so people using this as a 2 bedroom stay for an extended period may not like this.

Lovely welcome from all members of staff! Unbeatable location enabled us to explore everywhere on foot and plenty on doorstep at night. Apartment spotless, light & bright with great views, nice soft cotton bedlinen, Equipped with everything we needed for short break. Generous breakfast bag with good quality contents. We we're able to pull up outside to drop off & pick up bags. Plentiful parking options nearby (at City Centre prices)

Noisy builders waking us up from 7am (not hotels fault) Receptionist was quite miserable on arrival didn’t even smile or make us feel welcome. Room was boiling could do with a fan.

Convenient, clean and polite and helpful staff

Location was excellent as it was so close to the Albert Dock and therefore very central.

The mattress could have been a little more comfortable and on the first night it was extremely noisy outside! Also wasn’t so keen about the toilet being the first thing you see when you opened the bedroom door.

Great apartment, lovely staff.

Excellent place and very close to the Albert Dock. Seems to be on a Sunday evening when there are no football matches or events on, you can get this place for a bargain price, just as we did. Lovely views from the French balcony also.
