Location

The room was a bit shabby. Hole in the fridge, ripped headboard, stains on curtains. They didn’t service the room despite us being there for two nights, didn’t even make the bed. Our view was of a brick wall so the room was very dark.

nice comfortable room, just disappointed with no oven. other than that was good

the location was fab, short walk to town centre and lovely views on the dock

online it says the kitchen has an oven…it didn’t it was a microwave oven and nothing cooked in it properly. this needs to be specified in future to avoid disappointment as we wanted to cook to save money on dining out

Fantastic stay from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and the room had everything we could have needed. Breakfast was superb. The 24hr pantry is a brilliant idea, we were able to purchase some items to consume in our room.

We were under impression parking available and no need to book. In fact the property doesn’t have enough parking for all guests and we were directed to park at a nearby multi-storey car park. However we were given a note to show when we took car out that gave us a discount so all worked out ok in the end

simply excellent

everything, love the fact that you have an entire mini apartment to yourself. The kitchen with all appliances really are convenient for any moments you just want to take a break or just eat in private instead. Breakfast is highly recommendable as well, the personnel during it were also very friendly and helpful. And the hotel location is perfect when you are there for an event at the Convention center or M&S arena, and its easy to get by foot to either Liverpool one Bus station, or a little further to the trainstations.

The in-room-manual for the microwave/grill-oven could use some extra information, other than that I have nothing to dislike about my stay.

Expensive for an average hotel, even if it is well located.

The pricing was ridiculous. This was a match weekend and there was an event on at The Arena but 3x the normal rate is outrageous. It’s a decent run of the mill hotel, no more, no less. £340 for one night is racketeering.

Came across a few different staff members at my stay each were so lovely and couldn’t be more helpful! Rooms were perfect came with everything and more as well as being so nice and clean!

Perfect location to explore Liverpool

Perfect location for attending an event at the M&S arena. The breakfast included in the rate was lovely. We managed to park in the on site car park which was very secure. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and had lots of space for all of our toiletries. There was so much space in the bathroom I accidentally left my make up bag behind! I called reception when I got home and discovered it was missing and they kindly arranged for it to be sent on to me, arriving only 3 days after I first called them. A very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay there again when visiting Liverpool. Amazing staff!

A very enjoyable experience staying at such a lovely hotel.

The hotel location was excellent as it was opposite our concert venue and very near the city bus tours, bars and restaurants. The room was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. A lovely, modern hotel and we won’t hesitate in staying with you again in the future. This was my first time visiting Liverpool and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and intend to return again soon with family. Thank you!

Great service and good breakfast with onsite gym

Really helpful staff pre and post checkin. Good gym facilities. Nice breakfast and free coffee if good quality to help yourself to throughout the day. Good location for exhibition centre and acc. Good to have option to cook in for basic meals. Nice to know there is option to wash clothes should you need to stay for a longer period.

I realised after our second and last night I'd got a stiff neck from the pillows as they were 2 thin ones which stacked on top of each other were too high. Sure it could have been fixed by reception if I'd been staying longer. Otherwise no complaints!

Excellent value stay with super facilities, comfort & location

Staybridge Liverpool was excellent for our tourist stay with a location in walking distance to so many of the attractions. Rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was excellent value with added extras such as a lovely complimentary social, coffee and a guest laundry. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the breakfast buffet had a large variety of quality foods. Highly recommended , the best value quality stay of a 5 week holiday.

Nice hotel - good location.

It was different from traditional hotels - with an honesty bar in the lobby. Rooms had a small kitchen. Breakfast was really good and included in the price! Room was large and comfortable.

We paid a lot - (uni drop off weekend) and I have since seen it for at least a third of the price - I would have felt much more positive if we had paid less!

An excellent stay and we want to return soon!

We were impressed at the welcome and friendliness of the reception staff. The room was ready and spotlessly clean and spacious. Excellent kitchen facilities and very comfortable bed. The social gathering on Monday - Wednesday was very much appreciated and enjoyed. The hosts were friendly and the drink and nibbles very generous. Breakfast was good and the tea and coffee on offer all day was generous.

The car park charge of £25 per day made the stay quite expensive, however it was very safe.

Great location, facilities and staff.

Everything was great. Our only issues was the breakfast staff were friendly but there was no welcome or instructions on where things were, what could be cooked fresh etc. Also, our house keeper put our dishwasher on for two cups, not very environmentally friendly. Other than those two small things, it was an excellent stay.
