Hotel is bang on in centre of cavern quarter close to lime Street railway station and ten minutes walk to Albert docks and mathew Street where all pubs are playing live music , Hotel itself very clean and modern , staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you , breakfast was amazing ! Especially the Cumberland sausage..had steak in the evening for main meal again delicious and well priced....Will definitely be back ! Oh and next door multi storey car park right on doorstep so dead handy

The room (917 - Presidential Suite) was a very large suite with two bathrooms, two TVs, a kitchen and very good views of the city. The bedroom window seal was old and worn and was very drafty/noisy in the wind, the handle was also broken.
There was a small gym with two rowing machines (only one worked properly), a treadmill, a step machine, two cycling machines, a shoulder press machine, a lat pull-down station, a dip/chin-up station and yoga matts. The equipment needed a some maintenance/lubricating. Towels and a water fountain are provided, as is a changing room and showers, plus a solarium (I didn't use this). Before being able to use the mini-gym, you have to sign a disclaimer at reception, something one of the managers was very officious about.
The only meals we had in the hotel were breakfast and these were excellent. A large variety of food and drink and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Just the parking really. There is a discounted rate for hotel guests (£8-odd for 24 hrs) but it's a bit of a trek up and down stairs or lifts.
