Fantastic location for the station and the shops and theatres. Loved the cocktails in the bar too and the flower wall.
The lighting in the room was terrible! Its all done by table lamps rather that any ceiling fixtures and there simply isn't enough light when you are trying to get changed and do your make up to go out or even to read.

Close to lime street station and shopping centers Very clean , comfortable bed
Very noisy with window open especially with deliveries to nearby restaurants at 4am !! Reception staff very miserable and rude

The location was perfect. Having drinking water available at lobby was good. The breakfast was very generous. The dining room staff were very friendly and obliging.
Communications between front desk and housekeeping could have been better. On several occasions we would arrive back and find our room had not been cleaned.
