The bed was very hard and pillows so soft they went totally flat when you lay on them.

Great location, clean and comfortable room
I’m not a big fan of hotels that demand a deposit when you’ve already paid £180 for your room and then take days refunding it. Breakfast was disappointing but worst was the car park, getting out of it after paying was a nightmare and took calling the hotel 3 times
