Well located for the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and Cathedrals. Small kitchen for guests with microwave, fridge freezer, hotplates, cooking equipment. Single study type bedroom much like university student accommodation. Easy to spot when using Google Earth street view.
On a very busy street next to restaurants and near pubs so some noise experienced at night.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was ideal - close to Lime Street station and the theatre I was attending.
Sadly, and it may just have been my room but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and as such I had very little sleep. There was no TV in the room which didn't bother me but others may be disappointed but otherwise no complaints at all and I would certainly book there again if I return to Liverpool.

Great location, lots of stairs up but wonderful staff helped me with my case, serviceable bathroom, good charging points, small room but fine for a single traveller like me
No wifi; lots of noise from the street during the night; instructed to leave the key in the room upon checkout, but when you do there's no way to lock the room door behind you - anyone could interfere with it. No water glasses in the room. Black specks on the bedding, not sure what they were, might be nothing.
