Fantastic stay!!

I had a great stay here with my dog Cleo. The room was perfect, clean and with a really comfortable bed that I struggled to get out of!! As well as this, there was complimentary tea and coffee facilities with milk in a bottle in the fridge, which I thought was a really sweet touch. The location is perfect and really close (but not too close) to the main town area. The owner Amy is absolutely lovely and they can't do enough. Will definitely visit again. The location was excellent. The rooms were very clean. Amy was very friendly. It was lovely to have plenty of sockets including USB’s for charging.

The parking was very “tight” but there’s not a lot they could do about it. It’s the style of the property.

Shower water pressure and tight car park. Pity the hotel over the road couldn’t handle their own dustbin and keep up with the cleanliness of The Rosewood.

Amy, the owner was warm and welcoming. The decor was great, very stylish. Everywhere was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was generous and tasty. We were given an upgrade without requesting it which was much appreciated. We had a fridge in the room which contained some fresh milk, a very nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay

A beautiful and lovely place to stay

The hosts were lovely and friendly and helpful with everything! And the breakfast was really tasty and the bed was so good I slept better than in years! The location was really good, I could walk to the town center and to the train station easily.

Great stay in beautiful Torquay

Good location, about ten minutes walk from railway station (though up the hill!) and not far from the beach. Superb complete English breakfast included in the price. Nice house and room. Amy, the landlady, is the kindest and most helpful host you can imagine, God bless you Amy!

Since the house is located on a cross road, there was a little traffic noise early in the morning

Little Gem in a great location

The hotel is in a great location about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Although there is parking, it's tight so we parked in the Aztec leisure center complex next door. The room was spotless. Little touches like fresh milk in the fridge were very much appreciated.breakfast was pre order , plentiful and nice. The host Amy is very tentative and nothing is a problem.
