A nice stay, lady who cooked brteakfast was very nice as was the host. Good location.
The mattress was very hard and the room was stuffy.

I highly recommend Summerland Guest House. We stayed in family room for two nights. The room and the common area were extremely clean and the host, Nick, was super friendly and helpful. Guest House is in perfect location. Close to the beach and the town. Room was really beautiful and super clean and provided with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice small bathroom and tea and coffee table. I do highly recommend and I hope that we will be able to come back soon.

Great location. Nicely arranged rooms. Attentive host with clear instructions about rules and facilities .
Its not DID NOT LIKE, for me personally but just a different experience. We are travelling a lot and stayed in various accommodations. Usually the owners or hosts are friendly with warm welcome. Here is just strictly, down to business all about rules and expectations while in their property. Usually, as per our experience all about comfort of guests and their satisfaction. Would I stay there again? Sorry, but no.
