Hosts Graham and Leon were so very friendly, very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of all areas was exceptional. The quality of items both in your bedroom and at breakfast were very good, all named brands, no cost cutting . It is evident that since they acquired the premises in November, they have upgraded the Southbank to a superb standard. The pre order Breakfast was fantastic. Townhouse is well decorated throughout, Lovely decking area to soak up the Riviera sun too.
The only small blemish (for us) , and this is just a personal preference, the bed (in room 7) could have been firmer. We found it a little narrow, and we found ourselves rolling off the soft edges of the mattress..

Hosts were very good,breakfast was lovely with good ingredients and butchers sausages 😋 they did a lovely poached egg nothing was to much trouble, room was very clean. Beautiful hotel that there have not had for long,looking forward to going back to see what else they have done,would highly recommend staying here.
Bed was a little hard but that's hard to please everyone
