Such a warm, friendly welcome me, the owners couldn’t have been more welcoming. Breakfast was great, especially the yoghurt with home made muesli.

Excellent stay in the heart of Torbay

I really liked that Sabina was there to greet me on my arrival and my exit which was extremely early in the morning. I wasn't expecting to see anyone from previous experience so it was a lovely surprise. I liked having hangers in my room so I could hang up my clothes, the bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep both nights.

I loved being able to have a cup of tea in my room with the kettle and cups available, in the future it would be awesome for a hot chocolate option and extra milks.

Annual trip, new place to stay

Sabina & Dinesh were so friendly & welcoming. The room was exactly what we needed. The water was hot, like I like it. The location was so central. There was even parking!

We didn't have time for breakfast so we don't know how good it is! We'll have to go back at some point!

Bed and breakfast with a good location and helpful & attentive staff

The location of the property was good being within 10-15mins walk of the train station and around 20mins walk from the harbour and town centre. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was in good condition with everything needed for a short stay although, due to the age of the property, there were a limited number of electrical sockets and multi-plug adapters were relied on. The cooked breakfast was sublime and good value for money.

The 'Economy Double Room' I stayed in was to the front of the property and there was a little noise late on one of the nights due to people outside. The room was a little small with limited storage - whilst sufficient for my use, it may have been more of an issue for two people. There was no desk or other work area on which I could place and use a laptop computer. The rooms are accessed by stairs which could be an issue for people with mobility problems.

Wouldn’t go back

The beds were comfy

We parked the car on the car park but when going out there was no space at all to reverse as the car next to us had parked too far over. We told the staff to ask the owner of the car to move but completely ignored our request and guided us which took 4 times. Would of been a lot easier to ask the owner to move. The room only had 1 towel, thought they’d leave 2 for a double room. Staff were rather rude on our departure.

Friendly and welcoming stay

We arrived early, but the kind owners allowed us to check in early, so we could enjoy Torquay in the sunshine. The room was clean and comfortable, and perfect for what we needed. We had a very pleasent stay, and would recommend to anyone needing accomdation in the area.

Flawless

We absolutely loved our stay here. Denish and Sabina have such a passion for what they do and it reflects in how well run the B&B is. We received such a lovely warm welcome. The whole place was absolutely spotless. Breakfast and the location was spot on.
