Wonderful B&B, in a great location and offering everything you need for a couple of nights away.

The warm welcome, friendliness, helpfulness, well appointed rooms and excellent breakfast.

Not really a case of disliking, more an observation. Shower cubicle a little tight for space with a big step down for those with little legs!

They were so welcoming. The room was small twin but comfortable with small ensuite shower toilet etc. TV. Coffee tea biscuits water. Beds were comfy and warm. Exceptional breakfast so much choice cooked really well. Service brilliant

Fabtastic stay in Torquays No1 B&B!!

Spotlessly clean with a super comfy bed. The breakfast was to die for!! The hosts Mandy and Sharon could not have been more friendly. Every morning they’d suggest places to visit or restaurants worth trying. They clearly put lots of hard work into their business and it certainly shows. I would certainly book here should I visit Torquay again. Thank you, Andrew & Johanna.

Hosts were amazing , super friendly , super polite . I don’t normally leave the review , unless it’s something wow . And it was actually really really nice stay . Breakfast is cherry on top . It was absolutely delicious and it was a lot of fresh fruit and berries available, together with cereals, granolas, yogurts . Honestly the actual house is very clean , a bit squeaky, however it’s absolutely understandable considering the age of the house . It’s amazing . Thank you so much both for such an amazing stay . I will definitely come back !!!

Excellent hotel

We were attracted to the hotel as it had a high guest satisfaction rating. We were not disappointed. Comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. The proprietors provided excellent hospitality and the breakfast was exceptional

Best guest house in Torquay

Cranbourne is just a short walk away from the prom and from there the main town is about a 10-15 minute leisurely stroll, you could probably do it quicker but then you’d be missing out on the beautiful views across the bay 🥰 The breakfast is the best in town 😋 their full English definitely sets you up for the day!! On day two we had the best cheese and mushroom omelette ever, try it, you won’t regret it! Amanda and Sharon are extremely friendly with nothing too much trouble. We would definitely recommend a stay here and so much better than the soulless chain hotels. This wasn’t our first visit and hopefully not our last.

Wonserdul hosts, and yummy treats

Mamdy and Sharon are absolutely wonderful hosts, they surprised me yummy gf treats on the tea tray and at breakfast... one of the best tea trays we've had in a B&B! Lovely room with everything needed, and a nice big shower. Nothing too much trouble, they delivered an iron and board on request and topped up the delicious coffee bags when we asked. Delicous breakfast with great GF choices on both mornings

Room was quite dark and on the 5th floor....we did know this so not a surprise but still hard work on the legs after for a long day. On street parking free overnight but not during the day.
