Excellent, well-run B&B. Spotlessly clean, well furnished and maintained. In a quiet and peaceful location away from the town centre, but close to train station and bus stops. Large room, big, comfortable bed. Fridge in room, fresh milk provided. Ceiling fan very welcome and effective in hot weather. Spacious bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Breakfast was excellent. Hosts were lovely, and so helpful.

Excellent breakfast with wide choice. Hosts communicated effectively before our arrival and made us feel really at home during the stay. Very clean and nicely furnished room with good large shower (paid slightly more to book a bigger room but well worth it), Good parking facilities. Hotel in nice quiet road but within walking distance of station, buses and seafront.

We really enjoyed our stay. Chris and Karen made us feel very welcome, they are really kind and attentive. The room and bathroom were good size and clean, plus the breakfast was excellent. We would 100% recommend this place in Torquay.

Karen and Chris were so friendly and attentive. The Baytree exceeded our expectations and was extremely good value for money. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated, whilst still having a very homely feel. We will definitely stay here again when next in Torquay!
