Blenheim House

Elaine and Lee were very welcoming and friendly. We were offered tea and cake on arrival. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The facilities were great. There was everything in the room we needed throughout our stay. Fresh milk and water were replenished every day, in the fridge in the room, which was an added bonus. The bed was very comfy and the room extremely clean. We will definitely be back.

We wish it was a shorter walk to the seafront, but that won't put us off returning.

Karen and Lee kindly let us check in earlier and also upgraded our room. When we arrived we were greeted like friends and offered tea or coffee before we unpacked. Our room was spotlessly clean. Fresh milk and water in the mini fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. Lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing and a good choice couldn't fault a thing. I had the most perfect poached egg I have had my whole life. Karen put fresh homemade cake in our room each day lovely to come back to after being out all day. We made a special friend Bobby the dog. Hes lovely and friendly. Great location. Would definitely return.

Everything about Blenheim House from the welcome from Elaine and Lee and the drinks (fresh cafetiere coffee and a pot of tea) and homemade cake at arrival that we enjoyed on the patio, to the exceptional room and all the little extras that you don't normally get from a B&B, such as a fridge with chilled water and fresh milk, and a lovely suprise of cake in our room after our day out, a VERY WELCOMED fan to cool the room and little extras in the bathroom too. Also a delicious, well presented cooked breakfast, with options if you didn't fancy a full English. Elaine also gave great recommendations for fish and chips and where's best for a beach day aswell as directions to get into town. Have now found the home from home in Torquay, WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK 💜

Nothing not to like

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Elaine and Lee are exceptional hosts who made me feel at home from the very first moment. The house is spotlessly clean, cosy and beautifully decorated, with so many thoughtful details that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Every corner reflects their love and care. The complimentary afternoon tea was such a lovely surprise, and the breakfast was simply outstanding – fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I will definitely come back.
