The hosts both very welcoming and helpful. The property was in an ideal location. My room was at the top but it was so comfy and clean. I could not of asked for more.

The perfect location and the Patricia is a lovely place to stay
The rooms are comfortable, bright , spacious and clean
Breakfast is great
Liliya and Joe are the perfect hosts , I've been visting for five years now and will be back next year
