The Patricia guest house is well worth the money indeed.The rooms are lovely & totally clean to the highest standard.Its situated close to all amenities 10 min walk to the sea front,you have shops & bar 5 min up the road.Joe & Liliya go above - beyond for their guest.They make you feel so welcome.Its cosy home from home guest house.I certainly am returning next year😀And would highly recommend this guest house.Its a 5⭐ Thank you Joe & Liliya such a lovely couple to boot.💕

The only thing is beyond what the host could change and that is the stairs. We are in our 70s 1disabled. but it is a town house.

I love it here I am coming back this is a delightful experience.

I have been here before but decided to come again as I had such a lovely experience last time and was visiting relatives in the area. The standards are still excellent and it is still spotlessly clean. Lovely touches which make this guest house stand out. After visiting a few different places in Torquay over the years this is now always my first choice. Superb breakfast each day, plenty of tea bags and coffee if you need more for the room and in this hot weather a welcome fan in the room which was just perfect. Lili the owner is kind and nothing is too much trouble for her she really makes you feel special. I so enjoyed my stay here and think I will come back for a holiday. My sincere thanks to Lili and Joe for working so hard to make this guest house really stand out. The flowers in the front garden were just gorgeous. I will be back and look forward to seeing you both again. Do not hesitate to book this lovely guest house.

Leaving so soon I would like to have stayed longer. It is a 3 storey house so please be aware there are stairs to the rooms. If you have mobility issues you need to be aware - there are chairs at each landing for you to take a breather if you need to.

Home from home

The Patricia was a lovely place to stay, so clean so very welcoming by Liliya and Joe. Felt like being part of family. Nothing was to much trouble. Always made time to have a chat. Recommended different places to visit. This stay was a last minute booking, glad we stayed there. Will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thankyou Liliya and Joe. See you soon.

Excellent stay except for the position of one bedroom

Very close to Torquay tennis club where we were playing a match and were allowed to park behind the hotel. Bedrooms very comfortable with excellent beds and hot showers. Breakfast very good.

One of our rooms overlooked Belgrave Road so was very noisy and very light early in the morning with the sun streaming in so my friend slept badly.

Mini-break in Torquay to attend a concert made perfect by our stay at the Patricia!

From the moment we arrived Lyliya was so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room with great comfy beds and breakfast was very good. The location is excellent - about 10 minutes walking distance from the seafront! You can walk to the Princess Theatre in about 15 minutes. Our stay exceeded our expectations in every possible way! We look forward to staying at the Patricia again.

Everything. Location was great, within walking distance to train station, city center, beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Room was clean and very comfortable with all necessary amenities. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room as well. Special thanks to Liliya who was super welcoming and providing great recommendations for places to visit in Torquay.

Joe and Liliya, the hosts are fantastic. So welcoming and kind . They go the extra mile to make your stay perfect . Spotlessly clean accommodation so homely, delicious breakfast and such a fantastic choice and plenty of it .A must...is the coffee ! It was my mothers birthday and they made it so special for her ..even gave her a cake in the morning with a candle in !The sweetest couple .

The friendliest and most helpful hotel/guest house owners I have ever met. Exceptional service

We had a fantastic time. The owners were helpful and welcoming,wanting us to treat the hotel as if we were at home. They couldn’t do enough for us, and even brought us a bottle of bubbly and a card on our anniversary. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Torquay and would not hesitate to stay at the Patricia again. Thank you to you both.

My stay at The Patricia

The owners were really friendly. The room was ideal for us and we were really comfortable. The location was perfect for us as it was 5 minutes from the festival and 10 minutes from town. I would definitely stay here again.

My only issue would be the bathroom being a little bit cramped. A taller person may find it more inconvenient, but im 6 foot and managed okay.
