Great room, shame about the bed

Everything was lovely but was let down by the bed. Sleeping in a double bed that is actually two single beds joined together isn't comfortable! There is a dip in the centre where it joins. Even though I was sleeping alone, I found myself constantly on this dip in the bed. If you're going to join two single beds together, please put a topper mattress on it to cover the joint.

Very good spot

It’s a nice and clean place, we’ve stay here twice now. There is free parking outside and easy access but very secured with codes.

The property was very clean but there was a weird smell in the room we couldn’t locate the origin of or get rid of it. But other than that, no other comments

Great clean location with ample parking closeby and friendly staff.

Location excellent with lots of free parking nearly. Rooms comfy & keycode actually worked very well. Staff very helpful ( needed extra hour as had suitcase emergency!). Bathroom small but great shower. Lots of nice pubs very close with great pub food . Didn’t use kitchenette but it’s a good idea. Would definitely use again on next trip in the area!

Internet was ok but not brilliant & just wouldn’t load a few times but then came back ok. Didn’t understand initial keycode instructions but easy to call staff & worked really well. Rest all great!

We had trouble finding the hotel sign hid behind a plant, the key pad to front door was hard to see the numbers in daylight, we could not get the shower to run at a nice temperature either too hot or too cold, the conditioner pump didn't work,

Lovely room with everything we needed.

The room was clean and comfortable. I did not expect tea and coffee facilities as there was a shared kitchen but it was nice to be able to get up and make a cup of tea Everything we needed was there and not over crowded.

Not the same from the options but the room was pretty amazing and modern.. very good for that price.

So the bed frame has had previous damage which is evident..so could you please fix that for the future customers so you don’t have the same issue.

Comfortable room which is nicely furnished. Has all of the facilities needed, we were happy with our stay.

Very thin pillows. The road outside is noisy which means on a hot summer’s day it’s a bit too loud to sleep with the windows open. Initially a bit of a confusing entry system. None of this would put me off staying at the property.

For what it is, this hotel is really overpriced. Although it looks beautiful, it is not worth the money for what you act

It was very nicely decorated and it was quite stylish. Easy access being given the codes to self check-in.

It definitely seemed liked ‘style over substance’. The towels for the shower were tiny. I’m only 5ft 3 and it barely covered me. Goodness knows how other people cope with them. Bath sheets are needed as is standard for most hotels. The shower was awful. It switched between either being scolding hot or freezing cold and it would automatically switch. It was also barely a dribble with no power. The temperature was so temperamental that I didn’t let my daughter use it as it wasn’t safe. There are kitchen facilities as there is no breakfast provided however the kitchen is very small and only has seating for 2 people. There is no additional seating in the rooms so there isn’t anywhere to eat your own breakfast. The hotel was very noisy. The owner was having some sort of party/social gathering which was very noisy until gone 10pm at night and this could be heard in our room on the first floor. This is less than ideal especially when travelling with a child who needed to sleep but was unable to. The noise from people using the kitchen was also very loud and just outside our room. Finally, the signage for the outside of the hotel is almost impossible to see from the road. We drove up and down the road several times before we could actually see it and then only because we were on foot. Every other hotel had a big sign outside.

I actually loved the place. Beautiful decor and very comfortable.

The downside was the shower, which kept getting very hot then going very cold. I was travelling with my almost 2 year old son, so this wasn't appropriate. The lady was very nice and told me to leave the shower on a particular setting, but it didn't really work. One thing people want when travelling is a clean room, comfy bed and a shower that really works.

Great communication & helpful staff. They sorted a little desk for me on request & were really accommodating throughout, allowing me to flex around length of stay under difficult circumstances. Well equipped & access to nice clean kitchen was really handy. Cozy nicely decorated room.

Just as we expected but.....

The wall didn't soundproof, I can hear noises from other room in the middle of the night. We booked family studio but no door between connecting room and the other, my daughter was complained a lot because she can hear snoring. Eventhough the room just like we expected but shame we didn't have good night experience.

Adequate but style over substance

Nice room. Comfy bed. Well appointed en suite. Good communication with owners. Everything easy to find and operate. Access straight forward with codes given in advance. Fridge in room a good idea but too noisy to leave on at night. Visiting relatives for New Year made this a reasonable place to stay as we were out all day and didn't need much. Would suit young people who want to be able to self cater and like gadgets very well.

Not very clean in bedroom. Toilet broke twice, which we fixed. Basin tap not attached and too small to fill large kettle. Coffee limited to white pre mixed with powdered milk or stale from kitchen. Shower ran hot and cold intermittently throughout. No explanation as to who owned what in kitchen and what was for general use. Communal kitchen is a great idea but when people cook food with strong smells it permeates all rooms which was not pleasant, even when the dangerously large window was left open. First night had good sleep but second ruined by inconsiderate man in next room playing loud music. At 12.15am was asked to turn it down, which he did begrudgingly, but spent next half hour up and down the stairs and using the microwave. Up and down stairs again at 6.30am. Not having owners visible on site means people think they can behave as they would at home. Perhaps we were just unlucky.

Great location and value.

We liked the automated check in service. We received a text message on day of arrival with all necessary information. There was parking for 3 vehicles so got a space each night. The room was lovely and big with a modern bathroom.
