Lovely property and great location. Pool was a bonus for the kids too. Decent breakfast.

Room was small and the shower was in the bedroom and not in a separate room

This is one of the best b&b I’ve stayed in, we had room 1 which was just great for my dog. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the English breakfast was cooked to perfection. The room was very clean, with plenty of tea and coffee ( had a fridge) the owner was very accommodating. Would love to come back and stay without any hesitation. The location was spot on.

Absolutely nothing everything was great

Quiet location. Nice to have a fridge with fresh milk provided. Lovely breakfast cooked fresh to order using quality local products. Beautifully clean, well furnished, spacious room (14 - Riviera room) Very friendly hosts - this was our return visit. If coming to Torquay again we will definitely stay here.

Room was tired and dirty in places Shower very tempremental no extractor fan Only wicker chair Bit of pallaver ordering breakfast online booking said it was £10 but only continental so didnt book got there lisa said was cooked but price 10to 20 depending on what you had Need to choose night before so I ended up paying £ 10 for a tea glass of juice and bfast 1bacon 2 egss half tomatoe and a hash brown Need much clearer pricing I wasnt told price on ordering only on leaving !! Very odd and unnecessarily complicated Despite lively hot westher end sept they closed pool!
