Located in a quiet area yet within walking distance of Torquay, the station and Cockington Village. Lisa and Christophe are very welcoming, friendly and serve tasty breakfasts

Location is about a 20 min walk from Torquay Harbour, 3 mins to local beach and 3 mins to the bus stop which takes you either to Torquay or the other direction to Paignton
Quite a distance from any local eatery (Torquay, 15min walk) , so meals need some planning if wit small kids

Quiet and nice feel at home. Car parking is a bonus where finding car parking can be time wasting in Torquay.
