    Had a wonderful stay. Amazing helpful reception staff. Comfortable rooms with air con. With lovely sea views. Only downside sadly was the very poor quality and selection of breakfast items, and young nonchalant staff. Appeared no one professional overseeing standards, and items constantly running out, and havingvyo ask for top ups

    I did not enjoy my stay, the room was to hot, you couldn't put air conditioning on as it's controlled by the desk. The tv was useless, kept going off. I was disappointed that I never had sea view, our room overlooked a derelict property. Very disappointed overall.

    On an extremely hot June day we were told at check-in that there was a fan in the room and that the air conditioning 'wasn't working very well'. It turns out it wasn't working at all, not only that the window didn't open - clearly designed for an air conditioned room. Also at check-in we were behind a couple who had mobility needs who were told there were no accessible rooms, then, as we got to the room we found we'd been given an accessible room. Anyway, I went back to reception and suggested we swap, just trying to be helpful - not quite sure what their logic was there. I asked for at least a partial refund to reflect the lack of AC and window and was told that wasn't possible. I shall be asking my bank for a chargeback.
