Julia and Iain were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating and very understanding when I had to change dates and shorten our length of stay, nothing was too much trouble. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was a good variety of choices for breakfast which was delicious. Superb!

The Lodge was exceptional, excellent location, great value for money, really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The facilities are practical in every way, we spent time in the garden relaxing, and had really enjoyable conversations over breakfast. Julia and Iain are just great people, really welcoming, and always attentive. They make the atmosphere really fun with their life experiences, The breakfast was a really good start to the day. Both the hosts have a wealth of knowledge with the best tips of what's going on. Felt at home. Definitely on the list to visit again. Thank you both for making our visit memorable. Graham and Cherie
