Could be a super hotel.

The few staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy with a very comfortable bed. It was great to have tea & coffee facilities, which were restocked both days. The lounge did have a pool table.

The hotel is in need of some urgent updating and a LOT of TLC. The lounge looked like a residential homes lounge, with outdated furniture, half dead plants and a lot of little flies, including a window sill full of dead flies. It could be a super hotel as its perfectly located. If it was updated I'd stay there again but not as it is.

Location staff pleasant and helpfull, breakfast excelliant.and entertainment.good value for the price.it was nice to have a bath.

Poor room set up moved rooms 3 time management poor rude unapologetic for inconvenience 2hrs to get to will have to do room will not say or recommended this hotel only present thing was girl on front desk polite

Make sure tvs work in the rooms very dated decor pool need major attention and the management need retraining as found him very rude and on apologys for poor service

It has a good location, but smelt awful and is in need of massive updating and drying out.

The location to the sea front is good. Just a short walk from the main strip.

There was an awful smell in the reception area that smelt of sewage, the smell did not leave for the duration of our stay. The car park is very small so we had to pay and park on the street. Our room was very damp, with signs of mould in the room and in the bathroom.

Appalling hotel.

Disgusting attitude from Alan who worked the night shift. Couldn't get into my room and his attitude stunk and wouldn't help me. He couldn't care less other than made himself a cigarette and stormed off outside and i had to stay in reception all night with no sleep. Disgusting customer service. Won't be returning. Also was drugs on the premises from other rooms and he never did anything about it. Won't be returning.

"NICE VISIT"

Stayed 4 nights in the single room all in all a good visit,love the position in town so handy for everything yet tucked out the way,excellent hot breakfast,clean warm room,nice pool, and TV ,great value for money this was my third visit and look forward to the next one.

The room and bathroom were small ,but i was happy enough but i guess others may not be? and i found the bed on the hard side for my liking?

The staff were helpful and checked on the parking situation for me. The room was comfortable with a nice sized clean batheroom with shower.

We enjoyed our stay .

Clean throughout but in desperate need of decoration. Lifts to each floor. I didn’t have breakfast but was told it it very good. The entertainment was good.

It is old and a bit tatty. Could do with a goodoverall refurbishment.

Great value night away.

The location was perfect and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really comfortable and clean. Coffee was very nice. The entertainment was very good and the bar man and receptions were very professional and attentive. Very good value for money and we would definitely stay again.

The breakfast could be improved with nicer sausages and the tea cups could have a scrub.

Very little you got more food to eat at breakfast

Rooms were like a furnace I had to go out and buy. A fan! Holes in wall where I presume a tv bracket once was. Very small room for twin beds barely room for one chair. Building tatty weeds growing out of all the down pipes ! Drinks very expensive! £15 for coughs coke gin tonic

Excellent value for money wood recommend to other travelers.

Breakfast was included in the price which was excellent value although I never eat much due to health reasons Room was cleaned every day unlike some other places I have stayed.

Room was on the 3rd floor but there was a lift.

In room , the bed base was tatty, toilet seat looked like someone had tried to take paint off, shower seal was very dirty. The place needs a refresh with paint.
