Staff on reception were great, arrived 3 hours before check in but they allowed us to access the room early.
Location is great in that it is close to the beach and main street. It is in a cul-de-sac, so no passing traffic
Dogs allowed, but no smell of other peoples dogs in the rooms at all
The bed was the worst bed I have ever 'slept' in. Very uncomfortable cheap divans and mattresses.
Car park is awkward to manoeuvre out of, particularly if someone dumps a car!
The rooms could do with some tlc, the bathroom door was on a rail that slid across, but was hanging off when trying to close it
In the main, the room was pretty clean, but corners of the bathroom and behind the desk needed some attention. Need a new none slip mat for the shower, (or some bleach on them!), the one supplied was a bit grotty!

Overall we do not regret staying at this hotel. Everywhere, including the rooms, is clean. It is a quiet place to stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked, if a little frugal. Extra baked beans does not make up for the lack of everything else. The waitress was efficient and attentive. The price to stay here is very reasonable.
The curtains in the room did not keep out the light , but that wasn't a problem for me.
The rooms are small, the bathroom is smaller.
