It's within 5 minutes of Railway Station Bus station. Town Centre Beach and eatrries 3 monutes and huge car park on Garfield Road at end of Beach Road.
Absolutely nothing.

The host was hospitable and accommodating. The room was clean and warm. The location was very convenient to the train station and points of interest in Paignton.
The mattress was uneven and uncomfortable. Noise from an adjacent unit was very disturbing during the day and night.

I liked the fact that it was exceptionally close to the sea front, harbour, and shops.
The mattress was very comfortable, but the pillows had seen better days. The television in the room had an amazing picture and worked very well. Breakfast was enjoyable. Jo was very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.
I am a larger lady with fibro myalgia and found the two flights of stairs difficult to manage.
The shower opening between the sink was difficult to manoeuvre to get through into the shower, which I noticed had black mould in the corner. The shower itself was very good, with constant hot water. There were plenty of refillable items to collect from the dining room, coffee milk toilet roll for when you ran out in your room. The room was very basic, but for the cost, it was usable, clean, and comfortable.
Regards to breakfast, the milk on your table came in a little bottle to use on cereal and coffee/ tea, which had a rusty look to the top, which once opened had a rusty colour on the opening of the glass. which looked like it needed a good clean.
