Chris and Maria are first class hosts B&B in a perfect location, within walking distance of everything Paignton has to offer . Fabulous breakfast and a lovely spotlessly clean room .

Exceptional Experience

Comfortable bed 🛌, attention to detail, unobtrusive but friendly owners, cute and friendly dog, only introduced on request, good facilities, local knowledge accessible and very helpful. EXCELLENT full English 👌🏻 breakfast with the best poached egg 🥚 🪺 I've ever tasted and has a 🚗 car parking space. There is so much to do and see in Paignton. Beautiful, clean beach ⛱️.

Single accommodation does not have an en suite. It's not ideal for those middle of night trips. However, it is well lit. The light switch is outside the bathroom.

Stayed sept 10th to 17th 2021 Chris & Maria where exceptional and made you feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had car trouble as battery decided to pack up and Chris jumped started us as was going out that day and told us to call him if trouble getting back and would come out to us and get us started.. how many would do this? Was like visiting friends so much so we have already booked with them for next year Breakfast was superb and was great to have a time option s In an ideal location for beach pier and shops Couldn’t fault it or Chris & Maria in any way as we have been to B&Bs over the years and this one is defiantly up there and would highly recommend to anyone that are looking for B&B in this area can’t rate it enough 😀

If I have to do a very small negative shower low in pressure, however I do know Chris & Maria are doing house up for next year so May be a job on there list?

Great Find

Marie & Chris were great host's, nothing to much trouble. The guest house is in a great location to the beach front, trains, buses, bars and good restaurants. Chris the chef cooks a mean breakfast. If your looking to stay in Paignton this is the place to stay.

Friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble Maria and Chris were fantastic hosts and made us feel at home they went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely few days .

Nice (clean) stay, walking distance to seafront, bars, pubs and restaurants.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very nice (big portions). Nice clean rooms. Parking in front of the guesthouse. TV, tea/coffee soap, you name it everything is in the room.

The bed in room 5 is very small for two adults. Only 1.40 meters. There are rooms with bigger or even separated beds, but we did't get/booked those. We also had room 4, which is a single room, that was a rather big size bed for a single room.

The host was really welcoming and very nice people easy to talk too would definitely recommend staying here, even the room was really nice with lots of nice extra touches going that extra mile really makes people think wow that nice

A joyful stay at Belle Dene Guest House.

The hosts were wonderful and were incredibly helpful. The guesthouse was lovely, in a fabulous location and the room was clean, comfy and just right for me. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great choice of options.

Beautiful and comfortable place to relax and enjoy your holiday

Belle Dene is exceptionally clean. Our room is comfortable for relaxing after long day of walking around. Also,close to the beach and all the local businesses. Good choices of breakfast to fill you up for rest of day. Chris and Maria always helpful and very supportive.
