Very good value for money, perfect location for exploring Paignton and Torbay. The room was cosy and clean with a very comfortable bed! Good value breakfast with plenty of choice, the hosts were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful guesthouse on a quiet street a short walk from the seafront. Carl and Tace are wonderful hosts. Breakfast excellent and coffee superb. Comfortable bed. The whole place spotless
