Devon House Guest House

Everything was perfect! From start to finish, the hosts Carl and Tace were lovely. 😊 They were available for literally anything and everything. From finding the best food spots to the best places to visit, they knew it all. They were ofcourse there if we needed something for the hotel rooms. Great location too, so close to Paignton Beach/Pier. Thank you so much Carl and Tace, hope you see guys again soon. 😊

We’ve enjoyed exceptional hospitality from our gracious hosts in a peaceful, beautifully kept guest house. The house is very well organised and ideally located close to Paignton’s main beach. Despite being only around 300 metres from the beach and the family amusement and ride attractions, it was surprisingly quiet. The hosts have clearly put a lot of effort into making the guest house look great and feel comfortable. They were also very helpful in recommending several great places to visit, including beaches, places to eat and other attractions and things to do in the surrounding area. There are also several lovely beaches nearby, with some within walking distance and others easily accessible by car. The beds were very comfortable, and having a TV in every room was a nice touch. For a family of five with three children of different ages, it worked really well. Breakfast was spot on and absolutely delicious. There was also a lovely sitting area in front of the house, which was a great place to relax. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we’ve had while travelling around England. Highly recommended!

Nothing

Great location within a couple of minutes walk from the seafront but quiet and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and beautifully furnished with comfy beds. Thank you Carl and Tace for being very helpful, welcoming and lovely hosts. We all had a great time and look forward to staying again in the future.
