Lovely location for access to seaside. Alan was very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely room and breakfast was great. Explained about the parking restrictions and was a great place to stay with our 2 young children.

Great value for a good location, excellent service, and comfortable place to stay in Paignton. Breakfast was cooked fresh, and the service was always with a smile. We had a family room which had a comfy double bed, bunk bed for two children, a small bathroom, and also a nice bookcase with children's books & toys. Would definitely stay again!
Tricky to park close to the accommodation during English Riviera Airshow weekend. Had to park a 35 minute walk away because of road closures and parking limitations.

The hosts were very knowledgable, helpful & friendly. The Guest House was very clean and the food was superb.

It was a cozy place to stay.
It was very quiet at night. And if you wanted to move around it was a worry about disturbing other guests as floor was quite loud to walk on.
