    The hotel exuded quality in every dept, the staff are excellent. The food is great well cooked and presented the waiting staff don’t let you wait to long for your chosen dish etc. overall the best hotel I’ve stayed in for many a year

    We had a wonderful stay at the Palace hotel. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The room we had was large and spacious. We would recommend this hotel

    No heating or hot water, the bed was not comfortable and the extractor fan in the bathroom sounded like a generator. Staff didn’t really care when I said I was going to complain .
