I really enjoyed the location of the Guest House, being central to the main areas of Paignton and only a few minutes away from the Pier, Main Street and Beaches. I also found the staff member that I spoke to on both check-in and check-out to be great and very welcoming. The room had all the amenities I expected, and I found the mini fridge to be particularly useful given the recent hot weather, as I could go to a local shop to stock up on drinks. The Guest house was easy to find, check-in was straightforward, and the room upon arrival was clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend this Guest House to others, and will definitely return.

Great location, nice room with good storage. Mini fridge is a bonus.
The view from our room wasn’t that great. Also dogs bark quite a lot
