The value for money and location.
pub based accommodation does what it says on the tin
The cattleman Steak was a revelation.. I will return just for that definitely
bathroom wasn't en suite but only 5 steps down the hallway and perfectly stocked clean and warm

Good price, great location amazing staff and food
Little dated and needs a freshen up but as it was just a bed for the night it wasn’t a problem but sure it would’ve for some.

Convenient location, quite a good mattress, bathroom in perfect order, quiet place. I'd also like to point out that the mini-hotel is located right next to a fabulous steakhouse. A pleasant and delicious neighborhood.
Unfortunately, the lock leading to the hotel's rooms is very faulty, and it would be a good idea to replace it as soon as possible. Also, the door handle in the room is loose, and it would be great to secure it. A table and chair in the room would be very nice.

Right over the cattleman’s restaurant and near the zoo which was great. Rooms were lovely and warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee all provided and wifi. Lots of parking.
Very dated. Although I’m sure it can’t be helped because of plumbing but the bathroom was down the hall which wasn’t made very clear in description which is wasn’t great in night with a toddler. Also had mould on ceiling and blinds by sink had toothpaste on them.
Had a family room which pictured was a double and single bed but when got there was double bunk bed and single. Double bed was really hard to get two people in and out of as was against the wall and separate single was tiny for an adult man. Pillows were very flat had to use 4.
