Lovely light and comfortable room and an excellent host.

I had the full english breakfast which was plentiful and great value for money. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The en-suite shower and WC was also very large with plenty of shelf space. Pauline was an exceptional host and even provided bath robes. tea and coffee making facilities. I would absolutely recommend the property to anyone wishing to stay in Paignton. Thank you Pauline, see you again next time we're in Devon. Richard and Monica Turner.

Lovely stay only point would recommend fitting a lock on the door

Pauline went over and above to make our stay lovely , the attention to detail was fab and the little extras meant a lot

Spacious,clean and comfortable

We arrived on our motorcycle soaking wet, we had a garage to put our motorcycle gear into dry out, our room was next to the garage. We couldn't of asked for more, our host was very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean,spacious and comfortable, would have been nice to stay longer.

Good location, host but not value for money.

Cleanliness and host. Pauline was understanding and informative.

Booking.com did not consider the age of the child which we clearly specified so after booking came to know we had to pay £15 more. So overall it came to £105 for 1 night. From the title one would assume it is the rate for 3 bed. Also the sea view from the bedroom is limited. Breakfast is continental. So the overall cost was a bit too much for us. Not the fault of the property. Its booking.coms mistake for misleading info. And the tile definitely should change.

Friendly hosts with the best views of the beach!

So friendly and helpful. Beds super comfortable, breakfast delicious. But also left us alone to enjoy our stay in the area too which was nice. Didn’t feel like we were being watched etc.

We absolutely loved our stay, it was comfortable, quiet & spacious! perfect with our little one, they catered for all our needs, even down to a bottle, cutlery, bowl and plate for our little one! we loved the quiet area it was situated in & how beautifully presented it was 😀 lovely host & very welcoming! thank you! we will be back to stay again.

Amazing relaxing short break away.

Absolutely everything about this gem of a place. Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, extremely helpful friendly hosts when went above and beyond to make your stay one to remember. Very helpful nothing was never any trouble. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic the homemade yogurt each morning was delicious and so many other treats along to the way, perfect break away with amazing facilities and close to all amenities. Peaceful location, great memories certainly made at the location..

Pleasant and enjoyable as it ticked most (of our) boxes.

Unfortunately we did not partake in the breakfast, but it was offered to us both on arrival and again in the morning. Pauline was very hospitable and I enjoyed a nice long conversation with her, over a cup of tea. The property and the location did exactly as it said on the 'tin'. Both my friend and I had our general needs catered for and we both slept extremely well. We were there on a flying visit to visit friends in the vicinity but I am sure had it been a prolonged stay then our extra needs would have been equally catered for. The cost, was a nice reasonable rate, less than I had initially expected.

I have 2 points but by no means are these complaints and neither would they prevent us from returning. 1. We were not keen on the midnight curfew. It gave an impression of Fawlty Towers. And whilst out enjoying our evening we had to clock watch and worry whether we would be able to get a taxi back in time. Although I understand the hosts reasons behind it. 2. As a smoker, again, I understand the hosts explanation, however, standing down in the carpark, like with so many places nowadays, one is left feeling like a leper. Your only view is of cars and an empty road. Smokers like to be able to sit with their cup of tea and take in the beautiful view the property has to offer.

Not very happy, rested or relaxed. Not as advertised

The breakfast was lovely but that was extra. Not far from shops etc. And the sea front was just a short walk away

The room was in the basement and smelt damp andour clothes smelt and felt damp overnite. Didn't like the host and dog had free reign to roam in and out of room while we were there with no lockable door or privacy. The fridge in the room was unbearably noisy overnight as next to the bed

Great Stay, Lovely Location and Hosts!

Great location and lovely property, hosts were very attentive and big thanks to Phil for driving us to the Theatre. Continental breakfast was tasty- especially the strawberry yogurt!

There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the shower head wasn’t great. Nothing at all which would put me off booking again.

Only stayed for one night but it was absolutely first class. Well done to Pauline and Phil.

Breakfast was very good, as was the choice. Very comfortable bed. The extra touches were lovely, including the fridge. Lovely hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Everything was tip top, including the decor and location. We would definitely stay again.

A gorgeous little oasis - a home from home.

A gorgeous little oasis. Hosts are welcoming and friendly and certainly put 100% in to make sure every need is catered for. Facilities were great and Pauline was so flexible and accommodating of my unusual karate schedule - I couldn't have asked for more. The room is comfortable and I've never slept so well away from home. So many little extra touches that demonstrate the thought and care that has been put into it. A true home from home. The breakfast is a must - delicious!

Lovely couple, friendly, welcoming, helpful & accommodating. Provided a more personal service - one you would never get at a hotel! Very clean room & facilities. Cosy & comfortable. Was just a little cautious using the steps when wet to the front door whilst carrying our baby as were a little 'slippery'. However, we were offered another way out on check out, so anyone concerned with this can just ask, am sure. :)

A lovely place to stay

It was overall a lovely place to stay, a very large spacious room in a beautiful area. The hosts were kind and were very helpful. Everything you need is provided in the room to ensure you stay is perfect! The view of the sea was a highlight of the stay, especially as the sun is rising! The breakfast was beautiful, lots of options to choose from. Value for money was fantastic.

This venue isn't suitable for someone with a disability which could be listed in the description. Many steps to walk up and down so hard with limited mobility

We absolutely loved all of the little touches that made it so personal. The room had plenty of space even with the extra bed. The bathroom was huge and clean, with a few toiletries if we forgot anything. There were books, toys, and DVDS that we could have used. There is plenty of tea and coffee and milk in the fridge. Pauline and Phill were very attentive, and we had great communication with them before checking in. I would 100% recommend staying here and would book again for a stay in Paignton. Thank you again for a great stay.

Very good

Great location for our purpose, private safe parking for our classic car. The room had views of the sea and was very well equipped. Comfy bed and great shower room. Breakfast is not too important to us but Pauline set us up for the day with a continental style breakfast which we both enjoyed very much (other breakfasts are available).

We weren't sure about the lack of doors dividing the staircase/hallway to the bedroom/un-suite because my wife has to use the bathroom quite a lot during the night.

We both really enjoyed staying at Enderlane and loved the area too.

The house is in a beautiful location with spectacular views across the bay. It was very comfortable and welcoming. There are pubs and restaurants a short walk away and a short drive takes you to other tourist destinations. This great location is close to the steam train station and coastal path.

We were really happy with everything.
