From the moment we arrived ( we were late, yet Tina was very understanding ) we felt completely at home, treated as friends . Breakfast was always superb, atmosphere & conversation was great. We found everything spotlessly clean.

My room was not only extremely comfortable but also meticulously clean. Everything at the Two Beaches has been carefully thought to ensure the very best of stays for their guests. The hosts and staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I would certainly book again.

The facilities available both in our room and in the ground floor lounge and dining rooms were very good. Tina & Phillip are wonderful hosts. Fab’ full English breakfast.

Tina and Philip were great hosts, friendly, helpful and very nice people. Plenty of parking, well stocked, comfortable, spotless rooms. The breakfast was excellent, the communal area was inviting and comfortable, plus there is lovely little garden area to relax in.

Excellent bed & breakfast accommodation with lovely hosts. Simply, the best!

Beautiful bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet residential area of Paignton. Tina is a smashing hostess and so welcoming, extremely pleasant and very helpful. My single room with a sea view consisted of an extremely comfortable double bed and fabulous en suite with soft, fluffy towels and toiletries The room decor and soft furnishings were really lovely and I felt so comfortable throughout my stay. There were plenty of complimentary tea & coffee items, biscuits, water etc. There was even a mini cooler to store a drink or such like. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful served in a lovely breakfast area. The lounge and bar area are superb and everything is impecable. I cannot rate this guest house highly enough. The B&B is stunning, extremely well organised, clean and absolutely lovely and I would very highly recommend it. Will certainly be staying again when I am back in the area. Thank you so much Tina, you are an absolute treasure.

From the welcome when we arrived, by Tina to when we left on the Friday, we were made to feel very welcome. The room was very spacious and comfortable and we had a good night's sleep in the lovely bed. Breakfast was cooked for you and couldn't fault it. We will be going back again.

Two Beaches is an excellent place to stay spotless in every way bathroom the bedding carpets.Daily room service even biscuits were added.Also has a beautiful lounge area and bar and use of the garden.Parking for each room so no worries about returning and having nowhere to park.Not far to harbour and sea front.The owners seem to have looked at the competition and completely blown them away with their attention to detail in our opinion

Two Beaches B&B, Paignton

This is a beautifully presented B&B, lovely modern bedrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and very spacious. The proprietors, Alex and Maria are very welcoming and chatty, Alex is the chef, cooking a perfectly cooked breakfast, Maria is very arty and makes a lot of crafty gifts which she sells. I highly recommend Two Beaches, there is parking and the use of the garden too, great location for the sea front, shops, train and busses.

A highly recommended B&B in Paignton

Very comfortable B&B with friendly and welcoming owners. In excellent condition with lovely decor - more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. Extremely clean. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. Location perfect for me being near the station and also the beach and town centre. Nice view from the room. Very quiet.

Covid restrictions meant that check out was early and there was no facility to leave luggage, but that is true of all places at the moment.

Alex and Maria were welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was cooked to order, tasty and varied. I was given my own key to access the property at any time.

Milk out of date in room all though there was more milk in the downstairs bar area Bit miffed with the cost of breakfast due to my wife only having 2 eggs per breakfast and charged full price twice 😳 should be charged what you have had

A pleasure to meet Alex and Maria and to stay in their lovely home.

Alex and Maria were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them. The house is beautiful and spotless. The view over Torbay from our window was stunning. Tea, coffee, milk etc. was plentiful with very welcome little touches. The breakfasts were superb and nothing seems too much trouble. If and when we return to Torbay, if Alex and Maria would welcome us back we would love to stay with them again.

There wasn't anything to dislike.
