The host was friendly and approachable. Great place to stay. The location was excellent for a short stroll into Paignton. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. All the facilities you need. Great breakfast (also homemade jam and marmalade).

It was very clean and comfy also very homely. Also owners are lovely the breakfast was fabulous and the weather was good too.
