Another lovely stay at this great B&B. Location is perfect with off-road parking, breakfast is great, with good options, decor and cleanliness 10/10. Overall, a very comfortable stay with welcoming hosts.

Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The welcome was very warm, the room was cosy, bright and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent and lots of choices. Very good location, close to the sea front and great places to eat and relax with friends and family in. The bed was very comfy too. I will stay at St Edmunds next time I am in Paignton and I would strongly recommend the guest house to others. Thank you for making my stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one.

I can honestly say that there was nothing I didn't like apart from the weather but you can't blame the hotel for that.

Proper seaside b and b.

Beautiful,airy room and lovely breakfast. Made it possible to have breakfast with our dog accompanying us in the conservatory Central to everything so no need to drive anywhere.

Fantastic time had by all!

We stayed at stEdmunds as a family of four on the 21st June for a week. Beautiful guesthouse with every need catered for! Spotlessly clean throughout and very comfortable. Very plentiful breakfast provided each morning! Great location which is within a short distance of the train station and the seafront. Fabulous hosts who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay. Roger and Linda did a great and lovely job of decorating our table for breakfast, which made our day extra special. Also they very kindly gave us chocolates and a card. Thank you for all you did for us during our stay!

The Perfect B&B !

A simply fabulous B&B - Roger & Linda are wonderful hosts, the property is central to town, everything was sparklingly clean, the check-in was warm with everything explained quickly & clearly, lots of outdoor seating, calming music playing softly in the communal areas, a charming aroma throughout, wi-fi repeaters to ensure a strong signal everywhere, rooms serviced every day, a parking place right outside for every room, hosts always available to help - and then there's the scrumptious breakfast, you choose by completing a form left in your room so you can change daily if you wish, it was simply the best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B - in fact St. Edmunds is more like a little boutique hotel than a B&B! I can't recommend this lovely place enough.

Top hosting excellent value

Roger & Linda are excellent hosts , very friendly & make you feel at home as soon as you come through the door. Breakfast is served at a time that suits you & is always superb, from cheese omelettes or ham or mushroom or traditional breakfast the choice is yours. Free parking with plenty of space is an added bonus to the overall experience. Terrific value for money I recommend this place highly.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room was rather small but compact, everything was immaculately clean, refreshed daily as well. I liked the little coffee/tea station. We decided to cut our trip shorter than expected due to personal reasons but the owners were really understanding and made us feel comfortable. The location was great, just short trip to Torquay. All the shops and entertainment nearby. Will definitely go back!

The bedding was really thick and heavy and the duvet cover not soft in touch and making noises while moving. Tv wasn't working sadly too. Bad reception, kept breaking. But it wasn't a major issue.

Roger & Linda were friendly and helpful from the offset. The B&B is well located and close to all amenities. Immaculately clean with lovely decor throughout the properly. Lots of information on the area in the foyer. A very nice breakfast too with lots to choose from. Thank you both very much.
