We just came back from a lovely break at the 3 Palms. Tom and Rosey were excellent hosts. The Room was very pleasant.Nice furniture comfy bed and well equipped. It's only about 150 yards to the beach and the town centre. Great location. We were so pleased with this hotel we will definitely be back again.👍👍👍

Excellent location - a short walk to the stations, restaurants, harbour, theatre etc. Attractively decorated with a very pleasant dining room / bar. Whole place feels very fresh & clean and Tom & Rosie deserve every success as they work hard to create this high standard of guest house.
A very minor niggle - could have done with a bit more bedside space for book, drink, glasses etc but everything else was fine.

Very friendly staff, great location, comfy beds.
No fridge in room, the shower curtain rail fell down as soon as I touched it and the shower was terrible.
