Clean room, perfect location, host was helpful and friendly.

The location was brilliant, parking was ok with only 3 spaces additional spaces available by parking on the grass.
Hosts were brilliant, very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, very welcoming.
Comfy beds and plenty of storage, and clean rooms.
No heating in the bathroom and with extremely cold weather it was very cold in there at all times, not pleasant.
Stains on the carpet, near the bin which could have easily cleaned prior to arrival.
Only provided with one hand towel and one bath towel for two of us, we asked for a second set and only received them 2 days later after requesting them again.
The guest house was cold in the breakfast room, and no real options available unless you wanted a full English which was only fried and on cold plates.
Cereals were an option if you asked for it, as were jams and marmalade etc.
It was definitely work in progress as there was quite a lot of work going on both inside and out.
