Uncomfortable bed Out of date uht milk in tea station in room Bathroom door latch had been installed incorrectly so it slid away from door frame.... Kind of sums up the place We left early

The location was brilliant, parking was ok with only 3 spaces additional spaces available by parking on the grass. Hosts were brilliant, very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, very welcoming. Comfy beds and plenty of storage, and clean rooms.

No heating in the bathroom and with extremely cold weather it was very cold in there at all times, not pleasant. Stains on the carpet, near the bin which could have easily cleaned prior to arrival. Only provided with one hand towel and one bath towel for two of us, we asked for a second set and only received them 2 days later after requesting them again. The guest house was cold in the breakfast room, and no real options available unless you wanted a full English which was only fried and on cold plates. Cereals were an option if you asked for it, as were jams and marmalade etc. It was definitely work in progress as there was quite a lot of work going on both inside and out.

A lovely warm welcome from the staff. A comfortable room and a lovely freshly made breakfast. Superb value for money.

Nit picking, but being tall I always struggle with beds that have a raised section at the foot end as I don't fit. This didn't detract from my overall experience.

lovely friendly hotel close to everything you require i.e. shops beach pubs when we first arrived at the berry hotel we were greeted by ram lovely gentlemen who showed us to our room number 10 lovely ensuite room with loads of space no worries about parking as parking provided which was great will be back soon for another visit

we enjoyed our room ensuite which was great saying this if we had a double room with no on ensuite and had to share a toilet and shower facilities then i wouldn't of stayed here as i much prefer my own toilet and shower

The place is well situated for seafront and the pubs and shops. The owners was very friendly and hotel clean and tidy with free parking.

The breakfast was very good with a varied choice of food on offer cereal full English fruit fruit juice tea and coffee toast .The food was always well presented and hot.The choices were readily available

Nothing everything was fine.The shower worked and was clean .The bed was comfortable.The only thing different I would have liked were softer pillows but that’s just my preference ther was nothing wrong with the ones there I just prefer softer ones

Warm, and friendly, clean and ideal location

Location was perfect. We were able to park up and leave the car for the whole visit as the hotel is walkable to everywhere. Bedroom was perfect for a family, and the owners were fab! They were excellent with our kids and went above to ensure I had breakfast even when I was late down.

I wish it had a bath tub as the bath room was big.

Close proximity to beach, very pleasant owners, lovely breakfast, free parking and clean room.

I stayed there for a week during an exceptionally hot period, and the room was very hot even with window open. Ordinarily I'm sure the heat of the room would not have been so much of an issue. There was a fan in the room which helped little bit not much.
