Location was central to all Amenities and Beach so Perfect. Hosts were fantastic and couldn't be more accommadating ,even though they tried! Breakfast not an option as Room Only basis but Hosts pointed us in direction of several lovely Breakfast Options in walking distance and this suited us very well as we aren't early breakfast fans.
Maybe the Stairs, will book lower Floor next Visit

It’s location and easy parking, lovely and clean and very friendly owners. The room has everything you needed including a small fridge.
